Spencer Reid sat with a bemused expression on his face as he sat on the little red stood propping himself up on his elbows as he watched his wife pace back and fourth with a grumpy expression on her face.

"This baby just has to come out now" she growled as she kept walking, Spencer felt the need to burst out laughing but instead he kept his mouth shut knowing that is was just her hormones acting up.

"It just has to" she grumbled as she tucked a loose strand of blonde behind her ear, her eyes locked on the large bump sticking out of her.

Her face scrunched up in pain and Reid went to ask her if she was ok but she held her hand  up, her face scrunched together "it's all good I got it, this baby just seems to be in a very bad mood today" she yelled the last part at the stomach almost as if she was praying that it responded, it didn't.

Her face tightened as her knuckles whitened as she gripped onto the countertop "ow, you little shit" she snapped and Reid forced the smile down his throat knowing his face must have looked incredibly odd.

Spencer felt something brush past him and looking to his side his saw Henry sitting next to him, an amused expression in his eye.

"She's going at it again" he whispered and Reid nodded, they both watched as JJ kept having little shout offs with the unborn child, and it almost got to the point were they needed glue to keep there mouths from opening.

It wasn't the first time JJ had done this, she usually never really remembered it but she would go tropo at certain hours of the day, by either bursting into tears or going into complete rage there was never any in between.

"Hey bud you should get some asleep" Reid whispered and Henry nodded, slowly the boy made his way upstairs and Reid turned his focus back to JJ who now stood motionless in the kitchen her blue eyes glistening "oh god I'm a monster" she started sobbing, tears falling out of her eyes at an alarming rate.

Reid quick to act on this walked around the counter and pulled JJ into a hug, she immediately buried her head in his neck and he could feel the tears on his bare skin, making his body slightly shiver.

"I'm a monster" she whispered once again as she looked into his eyes, her blue eyes pleading for forgiveness, Reid planted a kiss on her forehead "you are not a monster" he said with a light chuckle and she looked at him with wide eyes "really" she pouted and he nodded, "come on let's get to bed" he whispered softly and she nodded.

With there fingers intertwined Reid slowly led JJ up the stairs watching as tears still fell from her crystal blue eyes.

They both crawled into the bed, and before Reid even had the chance to get comfortable JJ had snuggled into him, her eyes red.

Reid felt a smile appear on his lips as he reached forward and kissed her softly on the nose "I love you" he whispered and she nodded "I know" and then the crying started again as she buried her head in her husbands chest.
