These are some really good tips:
-Make sure you eat healthy food and stay away from processed foods.-Eat food slowly so you eat less and don't feel like you are bloated (FAT).
-Eat fruit after a workout and drink lots of water so you keep your metabolism up.
-Have a good posture because it will make you look fitter as well.
-Make sure you drink at lest 8 glasses of water a day or more.
-Do not over eat.
-You could also use self tanner it will make you look mor fit and give you a nice tan for summer so you don't look all white.
-Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
-Also drink a cold glass of water in the morning everyday to boost your metabolism.
