Percy POV - 1 week later
I sat in the cafeteria with George and Jake waiting for Alex to come from 4th period (maths). When she finally did show she said," did you hear there's a new girl starting today."
"Girl" Jake said grinning so wide he looked like the Cheshire Cat "maybe she could give Percy's imaginary girlfriend a run for her money."
"Annabeth is real she is funny and beautiful and the smartest person I've ever met."
A voice behind them suddenly said " smart yes, funny OK but beautiful I'm not so sure."
Turning round Percy saw the grey eyed girl he'd grown to love.
"Annie!" He exclaimed running up to her and pulling her into a kiss.
Alex, Jake and George sat staring dumbfounded. Finally Alex spoke ",who is this Percy and why are you kissing her?"
"Yeah you don't want to make your imaginary girlfriend jealous," Jake joked.
"This is Annabeth Chase. My girlfriend."
"Your real," Jake continued mouth shaped like a big O.
"Yeah I am," she retorted ", just being curious when have i not been real?"
"I um I"
"Well done" Alex said to Annie ", that's the first time he's ever been speechless"
"Do you need to go get your class schedule Wise Girl," I asked.
"I do can you show me where to go Seaweed Brain," Annabeth stated.
With that me and Annie left walking hand in hand to the administrations office.
