New Feelings

I stood there in shock for about. I couldn't believe what just happened. I walked over to my stool at the front window and just thought. Whats wrong with me? I shook my head. Am I going crazy?

Adrian would flip if he saw what just happened. I shook my head and looked at the clock. Class ended in 2 minutes and it would be lunch time. I got my wallet out and buckled my bag backup. The bell rang and i hopped down and walked out to the lunch line.

"Aiy Alyssa! Wait up." said a voice behind me. I looked back to see Kai walking up. I took a deep breath and stood there as I waited for him to come running up. Why wont this boy leave me alone! I mean hes kind of cute but hes a royal jerk.

He has that I can get any girl attitude and he thinks that we are a "thing" but we so aren't. Him and my brother just want us to be a thing but unless he changes his attitude it so wont happen.

He walked up and said, "Whats up." I just kept look out for Nova because I really don't want him to be around me all of lunch. "Nothing much just loving being a senior." I nodded and said, "Man me to. Its so much fun I cant even wait until season starts. Your gonna come to see me play right?"

I rolled my eyes. "Of course I'll be there to see my brother play." He chuckled. "Aight and I'll be sure to see you play. Your butt looks amazing in them spandex." He said pinching my butt. I spun around and punched in in the chest.

"Ow man what was that for?" He said holding his chest. "For touching my ass! Keep your hands off. You touch me again and I'll tell my brother." He backed off a little bit and said, "Damn man. Lyssa why u playin hard to get. You know me and you got a thing so why are you frontin?"

I looked at him and rolled my eyes. "Nigga thats what you think! We don't have anything in common. I don't like you. I never have and never will. My brother keeps getting your hopes up for nothing. So back back boy."

He laughed and said, "Okay I will for now but soon you will be begging for me to come around and be calling me daddy." I gave him the "the fuq u talkin bout niqqa" face and he laughed again and finally walked away. I just shook my head and kept walking to the lunch line. I looked around to see Nova slap Andrew and walk over to me. She looked pissed and I lauged.

"Girl what just happened?" I asked her. She shook her head and said, "That boy is soo ugh! He asked me to give him a quickie in his car and then take HIM to lunch. This fooo musta been trippin steppin to me with that wack game. so I slapped him for waisting my time."

I just started dieing laughing as we continued in line to get lunch. She got nachos and I got a cesar salad. We walked over to the senior tree and sat down and starting eating and socializing. As soon as my brother walked over with his crew all of the white people dispersed. I laughed and shook my head. My brother hates white people. Like will cuss you out and beat the living shit out of you if you come around us.

He really only likes black people but will put up with all the other races except for white. I know that you  He walked over and stood in front of me. "Aiy sis. You gotta dollar?" I rolled my eyes and said, "Didn't Jason give you money this morning?" He shook his head, "You knoe I dont fuck with his white ass. Naw. So can u lend me a dollar." I sighed and handed my brother $15. He may be annoying but he was my annoying brother.

He smiled and said, "Good looking out sis. Thanks." i nodded. "No prob." As we were sitting there this fast girl named Paige walked by. My brother stared at her butt as she walked by. She looked at him, winked, and blew a kiss at him. My brother rubbed his goatee and smirked.

I threw a napkin at him and he looked back at me, "Aiy why are you throwin shit at me?" I rolled my eyes, "You gawking at Paige! Bro I'm tellin you. Don't fuck with her. You gonna mess around and catch something. You knoe that she is a hoe." He shook his head and said, "Aww why she gotta be a hoe? She's just being generous."

I rolled my eyes and said, "ohh so we are calling it generous now. Okay so Imma start being generous just like Paige." He looked at me with a stone dead face.

"Hell no. You do that and I'll kill you." "See! its the same thing! But its only cause im your little sister that you look down on it but if another girl does it your all chasing after it!" He shook his head, "Look lyssa. Its different okay. Just drop it." I kept eating and said, "Whatever."

I looked out at saw all of the people around the school socializing and laughing. It was great to be back. Sure homework and school work is a pain but being with friends is all worth it. I looked over to the tables by the aphitheater and I saw that dude from earlier. What was his name? Brad! yea Brad.

I just looked at him. He was cute. He had a bad boy mixed with black boy swag about him. He must've felt me stare at him cause he looked up straight at me. We made eyes contact but shortly after i looked away feeling so awkward. I finished my salad and then walked over to the student store to get a drink and gummy bears.

I was standing in line when i felt someone a little bit to close behind me. "So back there i coulda sworn you were staring at me." I laughed and said, "Well Brad you thought wrong." I heard him scoff and say, "Yea sure. Ill pretend to believe that if I get your number?"

I turned and looked at him like he was crazy. "Umm I just met you. For all I know you can be a crazy stalker. Or a sycophantic psychopath." He laughed, "Really? hmm you know your a little different." I looked away and said, "Yes. Im different and complicated so u should go and find some other girl to harrass."

Before he said anything I stepped up and was able to order and walk out. I was walking around the corner when someone grabbed my hand. I looked and saw Brad. Before i could protest He pushed me up against the wall getting a little bit to close for my comfort. "Alyssa, I can tell that your not that complicated. That just your wall." He brought his finger up and traced my jaw line.

I swallowed deep because I was feeling some thing that no one should feel in public. He smirked and leaned in. Part of me wanted him to kiss me but the other half wanted to run away. I put my hand on his chest stopping him. I looked up at him and he was only inches away from my face.

"Brad, you don't know anything about me. Please leave me alone. Be smart and dont walk down this path." he smirked and said, "If you havnt noticed by now.. I'm not that smart. I'll take my chances." Before I could Protest he kissed me. A million and one feeling went off in me. He pulled away and he smiled at me. I widened my eyes and held my lips. I put my other arm around my waist and walked away thinking "Crap... All hell is about to bust open."
