The Days After the Funeral Part 2

Rose walked the quiet streets and suddenly came to a stop by the shoulder of the road. The road her father died on.
"Don't worry father I will set things right for you." She said placing a single rose on the makeshift memorial.
"I promise." She said.
She looked up to see a small boy hold up a teddy bear. His mother told her.
"He saw you on the news and he wanted you to have his teddy, I hope you find whoever did that and bring him to justice, and we wanted you to know you have our condolences." She said to Rose.
"Here, you need him a lot more than me." He said putting it in her hands.
"Thank you both and I hope to see you again." She said as they got back into their car and waved before driving off.
Rose grabbed her camera and took pictures of the skid marks left behind and found some astonishing news.
