Chapter Three: Attack on Titan

"Link Start!" I said, the nerve gear turns on and the usual cycle of when you first enter a game begins, you pick your language and some more stuff that I automatically say yes too.

I'm put in a dark room where I guess is the sign up place.

"Welcome to Attack on Titan" I hear a voice say, the room lights up and now it's a little too colorful. Still trying to adjust my eyes from the sudden lights I see a key board in front of me.

"Please enter you gender and the name you wish to be identified as" I write my gender and then when I'm about to write the name I stay still thinking of what could it be 'what name should I put?' I thought

"You have 20 seconds to choose a name or one will be chosen for you" I start to freak out 'what name, I need I name?!' I look to the ground thinking for a name. "10 seconds left" I quickly type the name and the countdown stops.

"Very well, Dany. Welcome to Attack on Titan and I wish you good luck on your journey" the voice said "Thanks" I answer. The walls of the room start too disappear and so does the floor "You will be transported to the Shinganshina district" is the last thing I hear from the voice before being transported.

I appear again in what looks to be a city 'I guess this is Shiganshina' I look around me and see so many things like houses, merchants, animals, food and a lot of people. I start walking through the streets 'It's like if people really did live here' I thought by looking at the people together and even seeing families here. With the little money the game gave me at the start, I was able to buy something to eat and drink and I also spoke with some people. After that I kept on walking and exploring, 'It's so beautiful and peaceful.' I was snapped out of my thought when I saw it. I finally saw what kept humanity safe, what apparently protected us from them.

I saw the 50 meter wall.

I look at it thinking, 'So this is the thing that keeps humanity safe' I was once again snapped out of my thoughts by the shout of my name. "Danielle!" I turn around and look for the person that yelled my name. 'That voice sounded familiar but who is it?.' I see I figure getting close and closer to me "Danielle!" They yell again but this time I answer back "Y-yes I'm Danielle?!" the figure turns towards me and look at me in confusion 'what is he staring at?' I ask to myself "Your Danielle?" the person asked

I nodded "Yeah my name is Danielle unless you're looking for another Danielle?" the persons stare on me increases. It feels so uncomfortable! He's gaze soften and then he speaks "Elly, right?" my eyes widening when I hear him say that. The only person that knows about that name is Levi and...Eren!

"EREN!" I scream at the top of my lungs, 'That's Eren? There's no way he can be, he looks nothing like Eren' I thought. "Yeah it's me, Eren, haha. Do I really look that different?" Eren asked scratching the back of his neck. 'Yes you do' Instead of having short brown hair and green eyes he has shoulder length red hair but his eyes are still green, at least you can find him by searching his eye color. "Yeah you do, I wouldn't have recognize you if you didn't say my nickname" I laugh softly "Well speak for yourself, you look totally different and nice hair." He said with I smirk on his face.

"What's wrong with my hair?!" I ask while my hands go to my head and start touching my hair searching for anything wrong. Eren beings to laugh harder, I'm starting to get a little pissed off. "Tell what's wrong with my hair!" I scream at him, he stops laughing and looks at me "You look like Armin" after those words left he's mouth I froze 'What? I look like Armin!?' I run towards the closets windows where I could see my reflection and it's true I look like Armin!

"Oh god, I do look like Armin!" I yell. Instead of my jet black hair I had blond short hair. Eren walk up to me and said "Yeah you do and it looks funny" he said I shot him a glare and he freezes. "Ok, ok I'll stop but still you look funny" with that he stops laughing.
