Finding Harmony (a foal's tale) [ an mlp fanfic]

The Darkness, The beginning

A dragon roared outside the small igloo, home to princess gale, a fiery alicorn, and her husband, prince snowbell, a Pegasus that can use magic without a horn, and the current beaerer of the element magic, he is twilight sparkle's 2nd cousin twice removed, after all.
Snowbell and gale were argueing, while flash freeze, winter prism, and crystalline played a game, the three foals were secretly listening in; "im not so sure about leaving them, snowbell." said gale, snowbell replied; " the foals will be fine, Technic will watch over them."
Technic was a clockwork pony, a robot with a soul, and guarded the family from dangers, Gale was speaking again; "very well, prism, come over here please." The young Pegasus pony walked over to her mother and father, snowbell lowered his voice so only she and gale could hear. "Prism, take care of your brother and the others, me and gale will be gone for a long while, here, this will help you, the others are in the tower" snowbell places his element of harmony in prism's hoof. "You and your brother, and friends, are next in line to bear the elements and fight evill." Snowbell said, eyes tearing up.
Suddenly,a roar was heard, "we got to go." Said gale, she and snowbell flew out, to face a gigantic black dragon, it sent a massive fireball at snowbell, it engulfed him and gale, his last thoughts before losing counciousness, was of gale and the foals.

A week later, dragonsong woke up, and went to find the others, she found them with snowy, an artic fox, who was snowbell's assistant, best friend and pet, and knit, an eagle with special knitting abilities. The foals were having a meeting on what to do with the elements they've been given, lighstar had a kindness hooflet, flash freeze had a loyalty necklace, winter prism had the magic badge, and crystalline had the laughter badge, dragonsong herself had the honesty badge. Dragonsong walked up to them, "I guess your parents haven't come back from that dragon attack aswell, right?" All the foals nodded their heads, none too willing to speak about it, Technic just watched over the group, while Pixi, Snowbell's younger sister, an ice unicorn, looked out for dangers by the door to the cave that served as the home of lighstar and crystalline.

The next day, The dracopony cynder was flying into darkness territory, having been corrupted by a crimson changeling named malefor, having done her mission for the day, Earlier, this happened when cynder left, before being corrupted......*flashback* "I'm going out to buy some supplies, be back soon" said cynder, dragonsong nodded, looking at the element of harmony in her hoof, "take care sweetie" cynder said to dragonsong, who responded " I will, and that's the honest truth" after cynder left, the honesty element glowed and transformed into a mane clip in dragonsong's mane *end of flashback* now dragonsong missed her mother more then ever, she was adopted, after all, what was she to do when cynder, her step mother, went missing? Along with spyro, dragonsong's step dad, cynder didn't return from her grocery shopping...something strange is going on, she thought, she decided to tell the others when they had another meeting, they still haven't thought of a team name for themselves.
