Chapter 2- powers of fate

At the airport Alli looked back at her angel friends. She loved every single one of them and suddenly it was so hard to say goodbye. James stepped forward with his toughness and head held high " be careful. Good luck." He said and gave her a tight hug. Charles stepped forward with a playful smile "my little girl is all grown up! It's all so fast." Said Charles playing around and finally hugged her. Spencer just straight up hugged Alli, and Alli hugged her right back "I'll miss you. Please text or call when ever you can." Spencer whispered and Alli smiled and nodded. Finally the last goodbye belonged to Nick "listen here you... Just think of me and I'll flap my angel wings all the way down to America to save you from whatever trouble you got yourself into. Please be careful.. I'll miss you." Said Nick and Alli just smiled "I'll miss you guys. I'll text and call. I promise. I have to go now, my plain will leave soon." Alli said and everyone just watched her walk away for her check in.

Nick just had a memory flash-back. He remembered the days they spent down the valley.

-Laughter from a little girl echoed the valley. She ran around with her long black hair, white dress and not so white socks after running around the valley trying to catch a butterfly. She's been going after the butterfly over an hour now but shes still not tired. It was entertaining to watch her struggle but she knew she couldn't give up now. Finally her other friend joined her "Alli just give up, were never going to catch it." The little boy said trying to catch his breath from running. Alli finally stopped to look back at her friend "oh Nick, we can't give up now.. The butterfly is sitting right there on top of a flower." Alli said and didn't wait for Nick anymore. She slowly made her way to the butterfly and cough it. "Nick I cough it ! Nick I finally cough it ! " Alli said with such joy running back to her friend. Nick looked surprised and looked at the girl "well cmon.. Let's see it. Let her go" he said and Alli shook her head 'no' "i can't let it go now. I just cough it." Alli said but Nick shook his head 'no' this time "a butterfly was made to fly not to stay prisoner to you hand. You don't want to kill her do you?" Nick said trying to convince Alli to let the poor butterfly go. Alli finally cave in and let the butterfly fly out of her hand, but she just smiled because the butterfly flew around her in circles so Alli just kept giggling the whole time.-

'She was made to fly.' he whispered to himself while watching his best friend walk away.
