Ever get those people on Wattpad who follow your every move and don't leave you alone if you do something they don't like?
Yeah.
I call 'em saters. (Like Stalkers and Haters. I'm bad at names.)
I have one of 'em.
They first approach you and act all nice and you're like, "I really like this person!"
And then they stab you in the back by talking shit about the things you do that they don't like.
I hate these people.
I really do.
If you can identify yourself as a sater, please STOP.
It really makes us authors feel like absolute shit when you talk bad about our books. Now, constructive critisiscm? Perfectly fine. But when you outright say that you hate our works because of something we did, stop and think about what you're doing. Someone put their time and effort into writing what you're talking about, and if you don't like it, fine.
But you can just leave.
Just because you don't like something doesn't mean you have to talk shit about it.
