Thalia Winters. What can you tell from a name? Brunette. Green eyed with flecks of yellow that caused people to stare, which she was not so fond of. Thalia was twenty years of age. "Each day dragging on to as if to taunt me of the inevitable," as she would put it, which won't come as soon as she hoped. You see, her life, it's about to flip and take a nose dive into complete and utter confusion. And in the end this helps her become better, it helps her leave her thoughts. Her legacy. For you see there has never been a person like Thalia and there will never be a person like Thalia in the history of the world.
And no, I'm not saying she has a unique cancer only she can have, or save an entire continent singlehandedly. I'm simply stating something everyone knows. No one person is ever alike. Her story was not special, or remembered for long, which most people long for. Thalia didn't long for a legacy, but I am giving her one. And I guess that means we should start at the beginning. But not yet, for that would give too much away. And one thing I know she loves is mystery. Like she always says, "Finding the mystery in someone's eyes and connecting them to a thought, even if what you had it pinned to be is incorrect, is one of the most interesting and thrilling things you will ever do. For, if even for a moment, you are living someone else's life, in their head. And that is the greatest escape of all."
