Jelissa
Second day of high school and Laura wasn't there. Where could she have been. I was suspicious because Chelsea, Hope and Faith weren't at school either. After school I went home. After a few hours I heard the doorbell ring. My parents were out for they're anniversary so I went to get it. It was Laura.
"What happened to you?" I asked.
"Chelsea, Hope and Faith gave me a makeover. They got me new clothes, makeup, nail polish that I don't really need because we're supposed to go for shellack every 3 weeks, but you know." She said. I sighed and let her in.
"So your hanging out with them now? I thought I told you to tell them we quit?" I said angrily.
"It was our first day I can't just quit. Plus Chelsea said I can't quit now that we're total besties." She said.
"Chelsea is mean. I could tell the moment I saw her. That's why I disagreed to do this." I said.
"You shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Chelsea is great. Your just angry because she gave me a makeover and not you." She said.
"No I'm angry because you didn't listen to me. And now your acting like a jerk!" I screamed.
"Well if I'm a jerk your a jerk!" She screamed back.
"Get out! If you're not going to confront Chelsea I will!"
"I'm staying in the group!"
"Wow... She's changed you and all she needed was a day." I said. Laura stormed out of my house and slammed the door shut. Did I just loose my best friend?
Laura
"She was being a total jerk and she's probably going to get to you too." I said to Chelsea threw the phone.
"Oh she wouldn't. And if she does I'll just make sure that I have a witness." Chelsea said.
"Well I should probably sleep. See you tomorrow." I said and then hung up. What have I done. A few weeks past and nothing bad happened. I avoided Jelissa, which was hard at first but I always had either Hope, Faith or Chelsea in my class, so I sat with them. I knew for sure that there was no way Jelissa would come near them. It was about a month or two when things got ugly.
Jelissa
I was done with Chelsea taking over Laura's mind. I was going to strike back and I was going to strike back hard.
Chelsea
I was in history and my lips got dry so I reached in my purse for it but I then remembered that I left it in my locker. So I left class to get it. I was on my way back when I bumped into the principle.
"Oh Chelsea I actually have something for your mother." The principle said.
"Oh really?" I asked.
"Yes. Stay right here and I'll go get it." She said rushing off.
Jelissa
I left class to go confront Chelsea. Good thing we were both in history together so I knew when she left. I found her just standing by her locker like she had no where to be. I walked up to her and she gave me an evil smile.
"Hello loser." She said.
"I know your bad with names so I'm just going to remind you that my name is Jelissa." I said.
"I know, but you don't look like a Jelissa you look like a loser." She said.
"Listen Chelsea. You are not the boss of me and have no right to take my friend away." I said.
"I'm sorry. I've taken so many friends away from other people. Who exactly are you talking about?" She asked sarcastically.
"You know who I'm talking about. Leave Laura alone! She's my friend and all you are is a jerk. You made her another version of you and I hate it! You are the worst person she could ever be friends with. Just leave her!" I screamed.
"Why are you being so mean to me? I was just trying to be friends with you and Laura and now for some reason you hate me. I haven't done anything but be nice." She started acting like she was innocent and that's how I knew.
"There's a teacher behind me isn't there?" I asked.
"Close. Think again." She said with a smirk on her face. I turned around and saw the principle with a little green basket.
"My office now! Both of you." She exclaimed. Well at least I wasn't going to be the only one in trouble. Or was I? We followed the principle to her office and we both sat down in front her desk.
"I heard everything. I'm disappointed in you Jelissa. I thought you were better than this. I'm suspending you." She said.
"What?! Just for saying a few words?" I asked.
"If you must know. I have been getting complaints from Chelsea that you have been bullying her. We do not tolerate bullying here. Your suspended for a week. I'm calling your parents." She said. I looked at Chelsea and she gave me an evil smile again. "Give this to your mother Chelsea." She handed Chelsea the green basket.
"You may both leave." She said. Chelsea and I left and closed the door.
"Could you make my life any worse?" I asked while we were walking back to class. I stopped and she gave me that evil smile again.
"Oh Jerald. It hasn't even started." She said and walked away. I just stood there frozen.
"Jerald?! That's not even close!"I yelled as she walked away.
"Whatever loser!" She yelled back.
