The Ride {cole pendery}

Hotel room

I woke up to a a unfamiliar room I looked across from me to the chair near the window to see Cole curled up sleeping. I idmedietly felt terrible that he slept in a chair all night. I saw him stiring and he eventually woke up he got up and stretched and I heard all his bones crack I felt really bad.

" You could have put me in the chair" I said he smiled

" No the lady should always sleep in the bed" He said

" But I feel bad" I whined and he laughed. He grabbed a shirt and jeans from his bag and walked into thebathroom to change. And i sat there like a lost puppy not knowing what to do I looked around the room until i noticed a mirror. I looked at myself and noticed my hair was a mess a frantically tried to fix it. I heard a laugh come from the bathroom as I saw Cole leaning up against the door frame just looking at me but not in a creepy way but in a flirty way? No he wouldn't. I fixed my curls so it didnt look so messy. He offered me a hand, I took it and he helped me off the bed he grabbed his keys phone and his hotel card. We got into his card and it roared to life. He put it in drive and we started doen the street.

"So where exactly do you live?" He asked

" Like two-ish blocks from here" I said as we pulled into a Dunkin Donuts

" How do you drink your coffee?" He asked

" Oh no im fine" I said he looked at me with one eyebrow up. I sighed

" one cream one sugar and a pump of vanilla" I said he smiled in triumph

"Bagel?" He asked

"Everything with cream cheese" I said in a monotone voice I dont really like people buying things for me.

He ordered the bagels and our coffee and handed me mine I thanked him and we drove off to my apartment I gave him directions and when we got there I invited him in

"So wheres your mom and dad?" He asked

" um well my foster parents live in palm bay and my birth mother is in heaven and ive never met my biological father" I said like it was nothing but I was dying inside. He pulled my arm to turn me around and pulled me into his chest in a warm hug. I hugged back, it felt really good to have comfort. He hugged tighter and started rubbing my back I suddenly heard a tiny bark I giggled and pulled away and picked up maddie and brought her into the kitchen and put some food in her bowl. I excused myself to go change and shower I told Cole he could make himself at home. I took a quick shower and got dressed in ripped skinny jeans black heeled boots and a a plain grey muscle tee and a red snapback I straightened my hair. I put on my Abercrombie perfume and did my makeup normally. I walked back out to see cole on his phone on the floor. I started laughing and he looked
up at me like I was crazy

"What?!" He said

"You could have sat on the couch" I said he just smiled and got up. We spent the rest of the day having fun before Cole had to get on a plane with IM5 and leave.
