The Switch Up

Chapter 4

"Megan wake up!" Someone. I got up still wearing Donavon clothes he gave me last night, and walked to the kitchen.
"What are those?" Hollie asked. "Haha, ask you're brother" I said.
"Good morning Megan, how was you're sleep?" Dad's fiancè asked. "Good morning and it was fine thank you" I replied still mad at her."That's good." She says back. "Hey, Hollie you wanna go shopping today?. I asked hoping she would say yes. "Yes, you couldn't have picked a perfect day. David Beckham is signing autographs all day today and tomorrow." She says with a huge smile across her face. "David who?" I asked in confusion. "You telling me you never heard of David Beckham the famous football player?" She asked. "Nope never heard of him." I say. "You have to meet him he's so handsome!" She says with once again a smile swept across her face. "Hollie he's 48, you're 14." Donavan says with laugher. "Actually hes 40 & age doesn't matter." She declares. "It does when hes an adult & you're a teenager." Her mom says. "Whatever can we just eat I'm starving." She says while rubbing her stomach. "No we have to wait for my dad." I said before they all grabbed their plates. "Honey hes at work but he'll be back before you come back from the mall." Dad's fiancè says trying to sound sincere. "Oh, okay" I replied, its kind of disappointing he didn't even tell me last night. After a silent breakfast me and Hollie got ready, the plan was to see David then go shopping. "Donavan are you ready?" I yelled walking to the front door with Hollie. "Hold you're horses Im coming." He says when walking down the stairs. He toke the family Honda van, on the 15 minute drive there we sang songs to the radio I never knew they listen to the songs that they play in America.
We soon arrived at the mall, "Bye & Thank you!" Me and Hollie said in unison while getting out the car. Once we opened the front doors, oh my gosh, there were hundreds of screaming fans lined up to meet the one & only David Beckham. We went to the end of the line, this is going to be a long day.

After about 1 & half hour we made it towards the front more, not all the way maybe just a half of were we are now. Me and Hollie had some great conversations I learned that her mom's name was Linda, and that Donavan has a girlfriend that has a really cute brother our age. After another 30 minutes of talking to Hollie we fianlly made it to the front. There was about 12 meters in between us & David. Hollie was freaking out I wasn't because, 1. I didn't know the guy & 2. I always meet celebrities so I'm actually over them they think there all that just because they are loaded with money. Right when Hollie took a step forward the unthinkable happen...
