Diana and I quickly walked out of the office, smiling at the principal. The second the door closed, we both rolled our eyes and congratulated ourselves for managing to enroll me in the school.

"You ok by yourself now?" Diana asked me, putting one hand on my shoulder.

"Yeah yeah I'm good" I replied "so, do you have my timetable?"

"Yes." Diana shuffled in the stack of papers she was given and finally pulled out my timetable. "Here you go." She handed it to me, and I took it.

"So...you gonna leave me alone now or are you gonna stay here with me forever?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Oh, haha, sorry." Diana laughed "I'll leave you alone then." She nodded and left.

Finally, I could make some friends. I walked around until I found the ginger girl from that group of people. I took a deep breath and walked to her.

"Hi." I said quickly.

"Hey." She replied with a smile.

I smiled back at her, she seemed nice. "Um, I'm new here and I was wondering if you could help me find my locker." I said, as kindly as I could.

"Oh sure! What number is it?" She asked, closing her locker.

I really hoped that my locker number wasn't 666, I didn't want an encounter with Satan again. Luckily, my number was simple and boring. "327" I said to her.

"I'll take you there." She said, as she got a text.

"Thanks." I looked at her phone. It was from some person called "Kira". We walked down the hall with no words. The ginger girl broke the silence.

"So, where are you from? What's your name? How come you're coming in so late? What year are you in?" The sudden rush of questions shocked me a little, I had to lie about two of these questions.

"My name is Sam, I'm a sophomore, I'm from " I had to quickly think of a boring place now but before I knew it I blurted out "Las Vegas." I mentally slapped myself. That is the least boring place. I've only been there once, and that was to hunt a gambling obsessed spirit. "I'm coming in late because...my sister and I got into a car crash on the way here, so we had to stop for a few weeks." Wow, I am the worst liar.

"Intense." She said. "So, Las Vegas? What is that like?" She asked.

"Um...crowded...lit up...loud..." I couldn't think of anything else to say, so I decide to change the subject. "What about you? Where are you from? What's your name? What year are you in?" We walked across the boys locker room, it smelled in there.

"I'm from, here, Beacon Hills" she replied faster than I expected "my name is Lydia, and I'm a senior" she smiled and stopped at a locker. "Say hello to your new locker" she pointed at the locker with numbers '327' written on them.

"Thanks, Lydia." I smiled back and looked at my new locker.

"You didn't bring anything?" I turned my head back to look at her as she looked at me.

At first I was confused, but then I understood what she meant.

"Oh yeah, I came here as quickly as I could so I didn't bring my stuff for school." I replied.

"Oh, well, see you around then! Maybe at Lunch I could introduce you to my other friends."

"That would be nice thanks." I smiled. She smiled back and left. I looked at my locker. You're gonna have the weirdest shit put inside of you. I thought, looking at my locker. Get ready for not only school books, but for guns and salt and matches and oil and all types of killing machines. I mentally said again.

The bell rang and I opened my locker, that conveniently had a magnet inside it, and stuck my time table to it. First class, Hostory. What joy. I thought as I looked for the room and entered it.

I looked at the seats, most of them were already taken but I sat somewhere in the midle, to the left side of the room. As I sat, the blonde boy I had seen earlier came in with his dark skinned friend. The dark skinned boy sat down, and the blonde boy looked at him with a 'really?' expression on his face. The blonde boy looked at the girl his seat was placed next to, she looked at him with hatred and the boy stayed up. The second bell rang and the teacher came out of his office. The teacher was Asian, and he looked a little like the Asian girl I saw with Lydia and the blonde boy before.

"Liam, are you gonna take a seat or stay standing up the whole semester?" The teacher asked, looking at the blonde boy whom he had called Liam.

"I think I'll stay standing" replied Liam. A few people laughed, including his dark skinned friend and the girl. The girl looked at Liam evilly again, and Liam looked scared of her. He obviously didn't want to sit near her.

"Take a seat, Liam." The teacher said, and Liam sat down as far off the edge of his chair that he could. The teacher waited for Liam to settle and then said, "Hello students, my name is Mr.Yukimora. You probably all know me from last year but one of you doesn't." He looked at me, and so did the students. Shit, I thought, I don't wanna introduce myself again. "Miss Winchester, would you like to introduce yourself?" Mr. Yukimora asked me with a smile. Crap. I got up from my seat, cleared my throat and said,

"Um, Hi, my name is Samantha Winchester, but people usually call me Sam. Um I moved here from Las Vegas," I mentally slapped myself again for the stupidest place to choose to be from, "I am 15 years old but I'm going to turn 16 in November..." I really hoped they don't do that thing where people can ask you questions.

"Does anybody want to ask some questions?" Those words made me wanna rage. Thanks Yukimora. Note the sarcasm.

Thankfully only one person raised their hand. Liam's dark skinned friend.

"Mason." Mr.Yukimora said to the dark skinned boy.

"Why'd you come so late? Did your parents miss the train or something?" I know he didn't want to be rude, but that wasn't very nice.

"Well, I don't have parents so it's definitely not that." Again, Why am I so stupid. Why did I tell people I have no parents? That's going to give me more questions. I was right because then, a girl raised her hand. I sighed and continued "My sister and I crashed so we had to stay in a motel to wait for the car to get fixed.". Mason nodded, satisfied with my answer.

"Sheyanne." Mr. Yukimora said.

"What happened to your parents? You don't have to answer that if you don't want to by the way..." Sheyanne said.

"My mom was murdered when I was 11 months old and my dad disappeared somewhere." I sat down quickly before anymore questions were asked and I lowered my head down, trying to be unnoticed. Mr. Yukimora took a deep breath and started the lesson. Great first impression Sam, great. I said to myself.
