Why? because you are worth it. Because ypu have so many reasons to stay alive, even if it doesn't seem like. You have people who genuinely care of you, who would be lost without you in their life. You are someone beautiful, you are someone amazing. You have every right to be alive, you just have to see it. After all the years of suffering,pain and lost, you have come so far. Why stop now? Why not keep going? Why not make it,just that much more worth it. After all, you are more worth then you think, you are stronger then you think. Don't ever doubt yourself,doupting yourself will only cause you to over think.
Put down that blade, put down those pills, don't you dare feel guilty after each meal.
