Alessia maneuvered through the bustling crowd, still running on the adrenaline of her victory. Every step she took, she could feel the weight of her gold medal against her chest, a tangible reminder that she had done it-she was the female champion of the Sekai Taikai. The bruises on her body, the soreness in her limbs, none of it mattered. She had won.

But there were still a few people she hadn't seen yet.

Her sharp eyes scanned the arena until they landed on Eli and Moon standing near the stands, watching the ongoing matches. A smirk tugged at her lips as she made her way toward them.

"Look who it is!" Eli grinned, nudging Moon as Alessia approached. "The Sekai Taikai champion in the flesh."

Alessia rolled her eyes but couldn't suppress her smirk. "I bet you say that to all the champions."

Moon let out a light laugh before pulling Alessia into a warm hug. "We're so proud of you! You were amazing out there."

Eli nodded, arms crossed as he smirked. "Yeah, seriously. You had that match in the bag. Zara didn't stand a chance."

Alessia scoffed. "Oh, she was definitely standing. More like throwing a damn tantrum the entire fight." She touched the faint bruise forming on her jaw. "I swear, she fights like a rabid raccoon. Dirty, aggressive, and way too eager to bite."

Eli snickered. "I mean, if I got my ass handed to me on a world stage, I'd be pissed too."

Moon shook her head. "She was just mad because you outclassed her in every way." She gestured toward the gold medal around Alessia's neck, her eyes shining. "And now you're officially a world champion. How does it feel?"
