Pretty hurts, Shine the light on
whatever's worse
- Beyonce

It was around lunch time now and I was slightly disappointed that I didn't get to see any more of the green eyed boy from this morning. Right now most of the students are making their way towards the cafeteria in the other half were leaving to pick up much from somewhere else. Seeing as I don't have a car I pack my own lunch- one because I don't like the cafeteria food. I made my way through the cluster of students toward my locker quickly taking out my lunch and walked off to the front of the school. I took a seat down on the steps and started eating. I don't really like the cafeteria it's really noisy and I prefer it to be peace and quiet. It was actually pretty sunny outside with clear skies. I sighed contently. I was so absorbed by the sandwich I was eating that I didn't notice a the presence in front of me when I looked up I was met with green eyes I held in a gasp that wanted to escape at the fact that he had only a pair of jeans on and his bare chest on display. He kind of looked like he ran a merathon with sweat dipping down his forhead and chest. I was shamlessly staring straight at his chest after a while I realized that he hadn't said one word and was just simply staring at me. I handed him a bottle of water out of my bag.

When our fingers touched a thousand sparks went up my hand throughout my entire body. I gasped and looked up to find him already staring at me. I blushed and looked down. I ran a hand through my hair. Maybe I should start the conversation to kill the awkwardness.

"Hi" I spoke in a small voice.

He didn't reply back just kept staring at me with those entense green eyes. Maybe he wants to sit down? I moved over and made some room on the I was sitting on.

"You can sit. If you wan't." I offered. He didn't reply just continued to gaze at me if if I was some foreign creature.

It seemed like forever before he finally took a seat and turned his body towards me and just continue to stare.

"Well I've never seen you before."

I didn't get a reply I wasn't really expecting one. His eyes moved from my face and settled on the food in my hand. I ripped of a price of my sandwich and handed it to him. He took it with slight hesitation. He looked at me then back a the sandwich and sent me a killer watt smile that showed his dimples.

While he was munching on the sandwich I thought of something that I could say to him. I decided on a simple one.

"Um are you in grade 12?" I questioned. He nodded his head.

It was then I noticed that he had finished his sandwich completely. I was shocked to say at least.

That was quick. Maybe he was really hungry?

The ending lunch bell went off and I quickly packed up my food. I stood up and noticed that he was still sitting. "Your not coming?" I asked. He shook his head. I sighed I really wanted to hang out more with him I guess not.

"Well, I guess I'll see you around." Were my final words before I turned around and went back into the building feeling a certain person gaze on my back.
