(Ah finally the end is coming, so wonderful hehe yeah as said it will be the graduation and when you live with him)
You were so happy after working so hard in class, hanging out with your friends and being with your boyfriend Mr. Beilschmidt, the only people who knew about your relationship were Alfred, Elizabeta, Kiku, Gilbert, Lovino and Francis they supported your relationship, no matter what.
But now it was graduation day, finally, everyone was in their gown and cap with a big smile.
"Hey, dude I can't believe we finally finished college" Alfred said.
"Yeah, me too, it was awesome, I'm so happy that I met you Alfred" you said as you hugged him.
He laughed and hugged back.
"So, how are you and Ludwig?" he asked.
"Oh we are great, it's fantastic" you said as you smiled.
At the end of the day, there was a big party you had fun, later everyone hugged and said goodbye, everyone exchanged numbers to keep incontact with each other. Then Ludwig came behind you and wrapped his arms around you and whispered in you ear.
"Hey, liebe lets go I got a big surprise for you"
He held your hand and took you to his car, he drove you home, when you got in the house. You see a romantic dinner, he sat you down, obviously he sat sown across from you, you both ate.
"Wow this is amazing, Luddy" you said with a big smile.
"Well there is more, liebeling" he said.
He got up and got in front of you, then he got on one knee and pulled out a small box, when he opened it you say a ring.
"(Y/n), we been together for so long, and I love you so much, you worked so hard in school and you spent so much time with me, making me happy and I want to make you happy as well, so will you marry me liebe?" he said.
You were surprised, after he said all that you couldn't help but smile ear to ear (ow ), you hugged him tightly and said.
"Yes Ludwig, I will marry you" you said with a big smile.
He held you close and smiled widely, he put the ring on you finger then he rubbed your back and took you to your bedroom. You both changed clothes into your pjs and got into bed cuddling.
"Ich liebe dich (Y/n)" he said.
"I love you too Luddy" you said.

A couple of years passed, you and Ludwig were happy together, with Gilbert living with you guys, anyways you woke up to see your lover next to you mumbling you name and saying 'Ich liebe dich', you giggled and nuzzles into his chest with a big smile.
He wrapped his arm around you, holding you closer with a smile on his face. You couldn't help but kiss him, he woke up and kisses back.
"Guten tag, liebe", he said with a big smile.
"Good morning Luddy" you said and hugged him happily.

(Ah, finally it's done what a nice ending, and if you feel uncomfortable with the marriage thing, I'm sorry xp. I loved this story, I hope you guys did as well, and I hope this was a satisfying ending. I'm wondering if I make another story who would you be pared up with and will I use the one of the 2p characters or 1p, I don't kbow but I qill think about it. Ok Bye!)
