∞Chapter 5∞

Charlotte POV:
I look in the mirror and straighten the hem of my dress.Niklaus and Elijah Mikaelson will be here any minute.I was wearing a blue dress with brown detailing.It was not very formal,but it would do.

"You look wonderful."Tatia says fixing a piece of my hair."You do not need to worry anyways,Niklaus is smitten over you."

"Yeah,right."I remark and there is a knock on the door."I will get it."

I open the door and find Niklaus and Elijah.He looked even more handsome than when we first met,if that was even possible.I smile.

"Come on in,supper is almost done."I tell them and the walk inside.

"It smells delicious."Niklaus says.

"Thank you."I smile and help Tatia finish up with the food.We set it on the table."Supper is ready."

We sit in our seats.Me and Tatia on one side,and Niklaus and Elijah on the other.Throughout supper we have a polite conversation.Once we finish I help Tatia with the dishes.

"Charlotte,would you like to go for a walk?"Niklaus asks and Tatia winks at me.

"I would love to."I tell him and we link arms.

We walk through the town in a silence. Though I wish he would say something. It was almost deafening.

"It is a nice night."I say looking up at the sky.

"Yes,I suppose it is."He says.We reach a waterfall.

"Wow.This is beautiful."I smile.

"No.That is just you."He states and I look away so he does not see me blush. He moves my face so I am looking at him."Please do not look away."

I could feel his sweet breath hit my skin.It was intoxicating.He moves a small hair out of my face and I smile at him.Since I am smaller than him he leans down as I go on my toes so we could meet halfway.Our foreheads touch.And we do not waste anymore time.We kiss.Thousands of fireworks go off inside of me.I knew that I was in love.

"We should head back."I tell him.

"Ok."He nods."Just one more thing."

"What?"I start but am interrupted by him kissing me.Again.
