Both children are sweat-dropping at the gruesome sight, also wondering how their siblings, Lady Tamayo, and Yushiro are able to keep a calm demeanor.

~3rd Person POV~
Two arms that are coming from the stomach wriggle around, waving its hands slightly, it's grotesque figure also portraying its muscle. The arm protruding from Susamaru's mouth reach up, her eyes widening just before the hand latches itself on top of her head, closing its fingers and crushing her skull. Blood splattering everywhere once more, her brain being torn apart.
It was at this moment when Lady Tamayo turned her head from the scene, unable to witness the gruesome sight before her. Yushiro, and Y/n's and Tanjiro's siblings are wide-eyed, frozen from shock.
A moment later, the headless body falls to the ground, a heap of broken bones and severed limbs and clothes. Her eyeball rolls across the ground, as Lady Tamayo comes closer to the body. She stares at the eyeball, seemingly inspecting it.
Tanjiro is the first to break the silence. "Is she dead?" He asks, breaking his gaze from the body towards Lady Tamayo.
"Momentarily. Kibutsuji's cells in her will destroy her from the inside. This is Kibutsuji's curse. Basically... Fights between demons amount to nothing and are pointless. Because apart from sunlight and the blade of demon slaying swordsmen... Nothing will cause lethal damage to demons." Lady Tamayo explains, not breaking her gaze from the disfigured and unrecognizable body.
"However, it seems that Kibutsuji alone is able to destroy demon cells." She continues.
Yushiro suddenly rushes over to the two teenagers, carrying two cloths in his hands. He roughly smacks one onto Tanjiro's face, but reaches over to Y/n's face and gently but also quite quickly presses it onto her mouth. Yushiro stays in position until the two have their hands holding the cloth to their mouths.
"Don't breathe in Lady Tamayo-sama's technique! It's harmful to humans." He quickly informs, before swiftly returning to Lady Tamayo's side.
"Tanjiro-san, Y/n-san... The demon wasn't a member of the 12 Kizuki." She says, Y/n's and Tanjiro's faces tensing with shock and surprise, along with disbelief evident in their eyes as they widen.
"If she was one of them, a number would've been carved in her eyeballs. As you can see, she doesn't have it..." She says, pointing her finger at the eyeball, which has no carving of a number to be seen, "Which likely means the other demon wasn't a member of the 12 Kizuki either. They were too weak." She says calmly, retracting her finger and pulling out a syringe.
'Those two demons?! T-Too weak...?!' Tanjiro thinks, eyes widening once more ad same for Y/n.
Even as most parts of Susamaru are gone, there was still a blob of flesh left, and Lady Tamayo injects the empty syringe into the flesh, extracting blood from the chunk.
"Even so, I am sure her blood will still be useful when creating the cure. I will now examine your sisters. When I was injecting them with the medicine, they breathed in a lot of my technique as well. My apologies." She says, securing the needle into a small pouch as she stands up to go inside the destroyed house.
"Well, I'm not covering your butt any longer! I don't want to leave Lady Tamayo-sama's side, not even for half a step!!" He yells, angrily stomping his way from the two as he is frustrated that the two made him stay away from Lady Tamayo.
"..." Y/n and Tanjiro stay silent and in that position for some time, thinking, until another voice cuts the silence.
"....Mari.... Te..... Mari...." The clump is still able to speak. Y/n, thinking for a little to interpret the demon's words, finds out that Susamaru wants her temari balls.
