Jade P.O.V.
We landed gently, and I let go of Michael to gape at our surroundings. The palm trees swayed in the warm breeze and the blue water rippled. And get this, the water was actually blue! Not green, not brown and cloudy, a nice turquoise-like blue. I closed my eyes and breathed in the fresh scent of sea water. "Michael, isn't it beautiful?" I felt his hand grab mine and I squeezed. "It is." He sounded worried. I looked over at him and his face was chipping and becoming piles of dust at his feet. I screamed and began to run. "Jade, no!" Michael's soothing voice melted away to something more demonic. I turned and it was Seth chasing me. Unexpecting rage washed over me and I turned to stand my ground. "Leave. Me. ALONE!" I felt something powerful flow through my veins. More powerful than adrenaline, maybe being with Michael gave me magic. I pushed the force out of my body towards Seth. And since your magic isn't strong enough, you couldn't exactly sense it." "So I am magic? You didn't just give me some of your magic?" Michael sighed and we floated down to where the waves were calm. He sat on the water and patted the water next to him, making it splash. "You're crazy! I can barely defend myself and you want me to sit on water?!" "Well yeah. It's not like you're not levitating right now." I looked down and I was floating a few inches above the surface. I heard Michael yelp as he plunged beneath the water. I dove beneath the waves and grabbed him, pulling him up. Then he burst into laughter. "Jerk!" I exclaimed, slapping weakly at his chest. He stopped laughing abruptly. "Would you look at that?" he said, nodding towards my legs, positioned Indian style over the waves. I blushed. "Look at you! Learning Angel Magic!" I turned to see
