Jani Grayves walked down the street slouching with his hands in his pockets and his feet bare and pressing on the hot concrete without a smile on his face because some genius decided to burry him with no shoes on.
He got to the front of his house and as he reached to press the door bell he paused and thought for a second changing his frown into a plain focused glare in thought.
He closed his eyes, took a deep breath and in the act of exhaling he pressed the door bell.
In his mind he could only think of how all this could cause an unusual reaction and as the door slowly opened he sighed and said looking the woman who opened the door right in her eyes with a slight nervous calm smile on his face ," Hi mom".
And the next thing that happened was unprecedented, unthought of, and unexpected as she lifted her right hand pointing a pistol at his head aiming at the space right between his eyes.
The woman who opened the door said ," Who are you?".
He said with a nervous tensed cracked voice with the shock visible on his face as his eyes got wider,"HeyYyy Mom, it's me Jani your son".
You'd think a man who had just died wouldn't fear death again.
She responded biting the under lip skin layer in her mouth nodding her head and said,"uhmm okay".
Then she lifted a second pistol in her left hand now pointing both pistols at him as she looked him dead in the eyes and said sarcastically,"And I'm Constantine Frankenwalts".
"I'll ask you one more time and you better answer me before I blow your f****** brains into smithereens. Who the f*** are you and why do you look like my son".
As she said this her eyes started getting watery even though she was furious because she wasn't having it.
She had just suffered the loss of her child and now to her this looked like a stranger trying to play a practical joke.
So alright Jani didn't even completely remember how it all was before now, he still had holes in his memories and no matter how hard he tried he just couldn't remember some aspects of his life.
She wouldn't have minded pulling the trigger and might have if it wasn't for that one memory, that grace of a life saver that flashed in Jani's mind as he seemed to have remembered something valuable and relative to both of them.
He said with his hands abit up below his chest," Wait, Wait, I can prove it, just wait... Your favorite fruit is a lychee, you love dancing and when I was 5 we built a snow globe together and on the inside it has written best mom ever".
It seemed like those words sort of got through to her and she didn't know what to do anymore and was in tears and he said as he slowly tried to put the guns away," It's okay mom you can put the guns down now".
And as he was nearly successful put in the guns down while saying those words she accidentally pull the trigger shooting him in the belly.
And then he said briefly with his hands on the bruised bleeding spot," Ohh God".
