It was lights out for Jani.
His eyes opened and closed in a wave like manner trying to get stable.
He could feel his body in motion and for some reason he couldn't feel the pain again as if it had all so suddenly vanished.
His eyes went shut and as they opened He had regained full consciousness and his eyes where unwaveringly wide and opened now.
He was in a room, On a bed, and there was a window to his left.
And as he looked at his body he saw he was in a hospital gown.
At first his memory was blank as to what happened but then he remember the sound of the gun shot and him holding his wound trying to stop the blood from gushing out.
Remembering that lead to him quickly moving his hand to his stomach and as soon as he did so he could feel the bullet mark was gone.
He soon later bent his head down and lifted the collar of his night gown up with his two hands to confirm if the wound marks where gone.
And as he lifted his head back up, to his surprise he saw a doctor who had just walked in.
"Aa you're awake,
Mr Grayves there seems to be nothing wrong with you, no bullet marks, nothing".
The doctor looked at a paper in his hand and said," And even more unusual your records says you died 4 days ago and it's quite shucking that you're even with us today".
As he looked back at the bed he saw Jani Grayves was no longer there.
Out of the hospital holding the window stool of the room he had just jumped out of with both hands was Jani Grayves dangling in the air as he tried to make a get away.
Jani did not like hospitals.
he said," There is no way I'm ending up in some f****** test lab or something like that".
He looked down and said," S***, that's quite the drop".
Luckily for him he was out the window of the hospital's second story floor and after letting go he landed on a dumpster and made a run for it.
And from the hospital's second story floor window's point of view you could see him running to the road and drivers hitting on their breaks as he tried to cross.
One said," Hey what the hell man?".
Another said," Buddy watch where you're going".
And he said with a up hand gesture as he made his way to the other side of the road," I'm so sorry".
He had gotten out of the hospital, he was on the run and had just crossed the street and now he could only wonder where next he was going to go.
