As always

Long ass week & Saturday!

That was weird, having a teacher's kid in our group of friends? What I thought was that he'd be the one to ruin our plans because it "wasn't legal" or something.

But it actually turned out better than expected. Mr. Smith treats him standard, like any other kid and sometimes even worse, he can be pretty severe. James also can be pretty bad ass. He's always up to something.

The rest of the week passed calmly. Most of the classes were just introduced. We talked a lot about our break, the rest of the year, what we were going to see and stuff like that.

I've got James number, just in case. We've been chattin' sometimes before we went to bed. He actually is, such a nice guy. Like you know, sometimes you meet someone and you just feel a thingy between the two of you. I do feel something, like a bond. We talk about most random things and never get bored. We always laugh and he fits so good in our group.

Thursday during geography, James sat next to Ash and me. We were talking about our last trip we made. Before we ran away, we actually made a 9-days long trip. We travelled all the way to Seattle, it's not that far from California, but it was quite a trip. Ashton's band had a small gig there (they were becoming pretty big for a band with 3 tracks of their own and all the rest covers).

James told us about his last school, he lived in Seattle back then and was attending a private boarding school. He got kicked out because he tried to hit on the principal's daughter. The school was spilt up in a boys part and a girls part. So they weren't allowed to actually talk with the girls. Apparently, James didn't care about the rules and tried to get laid. He started flirting with her and after a week or two he knew where her room was so he tried to sneak in one night. What he wasn't expecting was that the bitch herself would call the teachers on him. And that's how he got expelled.

Friday went quickly as we skipped last two periods. We all gathered at the roof and discussed the plans for Saturday. What was suppose to be a casual meet up of our group, turned out to be a party at Matt's brother's house.

We are now sitting somewhere on a couch in the middle of the living area where the party is boozing. The house is full of people and I can already see we won't be discussing any shit for the bonfire tonight. Jack and Cameron pop up in front of us, they have some bottles in their hands and some wide grins on. They join the circle.

"What about we play something?" Cam proposes and everyone agrees. We all squeeze a bit closer so we can see and hear everyone. James is sitting on my one side and Ash on my other. Ashley next to James, then Mat, Cam, Jack and Ems next to Ash.

"Jack, truth or dare?" Ems begins. I think she kinda wants to know something. Ems and Jack always were something more than just friends. They never truly admitted to like one another, but everyone knows it. Whenever Jack brings a girl, Ems seems to feel unwell or shit like that and she ends up leaving and otherwise when Ems brings someone, Jack keeps complaining about the guy, there's ALWAYS something wrong with the boy she brings.

So as she begins, there are two options. Either she wants him to pick truth and ask about his last girlfriend or she wants him to pick dare and make him do something extremely stupid.

"Gonna start plain, truth." He answers and takes another sip from his cup. Jack is not really much of a drinker, he only likes the adrenaline he gets from stealing it from his house or buying it with his fake ID, so it's probably just coke.

As expected, Ems did eventually wanted to receive information about the new girl Jack is dating. She asked about her age, the girl was 19, older than Jack and she was amazing. Probably just because he wanted Em to be jealous, but he actually seemed to really like the girl from the way he talked about her.
