I'll be editing everything eventually but I'm completely mobile. :/ Sorry about the short chapters I just like to have small things happen here and there.

They arrived in a matter of days after long hard riding from Winterfell and Lyna couldn't stop staring at the new scenery. That almost caused her to throw herself off her horse. They had arrived in time to be greeted by the king, queen, and their children. The King seemed pleased to meet her and even made a few vulgar comments that Ned quickly handled while the Queen looked on in disgust. This angered her and she went to address it when Joffery spoke up.

"So this is your bastard Lord Stark?" He seemed pleased with himself and snickered.

"I'm not a bastard. My mother was his first wife." She held her head high and gave a faint smirk.

If they were ever left in private she'd cut his tongue out for that. His father swiftly separated the two before it came to blows. She was then politely greeted by his other much younger son and daughter before being shown to her room.

Lyna was left in there the way she was in her personal tower in Winterfell. She didn't mind it but she missed her father. She had her meals and was put to her studies with a personal tutor this time until it grew late. She changed into one of the night shirts she kept that was her father's and headed to bed.

Lyna was just about to fall into a deep sleep when she heard people in the hallway being rather loud. She groaned out of frustration and got up slowly. Her hands fumbled around in the darkness before she found the door and exited without much thought. By the time she came out they had gone in one of the rooms but by the sounds of it she knew where they were. She knocked rather aggressively and waited for an answer. She had turned around and started to look around some as she waited impatiently when she heard the door. Lyna turned just in time to be greeted with a pair of almost black viper like eyes. Her brows furrowed for a minute but she recovered quickly.

"Would you mind not being so loud? Some of us are trying to sleep." She didn't wait for him to answer because she turned, her braid whipping into him slightly before she walked off.

He must have understood something she said because the rest of the night she slept soundly.
