Katniss POV
"Annie I told you one hundred times I am not going to that concert," I say to my best friend Annie Cresta.
"But," Annie starts but I interrupt her.
"But nothing I am not going and that's final."
No matter how many times Annie asked me I an never going to this concert. Ok, for you to understand this I will have to go back 3 weeks.
FLASHBACK
"Katniss are you home!" Peeta yells though the house.
"Yea I'm upstairs," I reply.
I walk down the stairs and there stands the love of my life. Peeta Mellark.
"What's up," I ask when i get to the bottom of the stairs.
"We should sit down," he replies.
"Ok," I say and follow him into the living room.
" Katniss you are a smart, loving, beautiful, sweet and may I say hot girl," he pauses, "But I proposed to," he pauses again I'm on the verge of tears, "Delly Cartwright," and those two words everything in my workd goes crashing down.
I get up from the couch and run up to my room I can't believe this. My dream boyfriend/husband is engaged to my high school enemy.
