"Welcome to the heaven I made only for you, Mrs. Jimin"
"Let me get changed" Ae Rin spoke, then Jimin left the room to give her privacy so she could change in ease. After sometime Ae Rin came out and looked around only to see the room was softly lit by the golden glow of scented candles, their flickering flames casting delicate shadows on the walls. The air carried a hint of lavender and vanilla, blending with the warmth of the moment. Ae Rin sat on the edge of the bed, her wedding dress replaced by an elegant silk robe, her heart still fluttering from the day's whirlwind of emotions.
Jimin, dressed in a crisp white shirt with the top buttons undone, stood beside the side table, his dark eyes holding a quiet intensity. A small, knowing smile played on his lips as he reached for the drawer, his fingers brushing against the cool metal of the hidden treasure inside. Slowly, he pulled it open, revealing a sleek, dark box nestled within.
Turning to Ae Rin, he walked towards her, kneeling slightly to meet her gaze. "Close your eyes," he whispered, his voice warm with affection. Ae Rin let out a soft laugh but obeyed, her lashes fluttering shut. She felt the gentle brush of Jimin's fingertips as he carefully opened the box, then the cool touch of something exquisite resting against her collarbone.
"Okay, open them," he murmured.
Her breath hitched as she looked down. A dazzling set of diamonds lay before her-the necklace, bracelet, earrings, and ring reflecting the candlelight in a mesmerizing dance. Each piece was crafted with intricate detail, the delicate leaf-like diamonds forming a masterpiece of elegance.
"Jimin... this is..." she trailed off, her voice thick with emotion. "Perfect," he finished for her, his fingers grazing her cheek. "Just like you." Her eyes shimmered with unshed tears as she let him fasten the necklace around her neck, his touch sending warmth through her. "You didn't have to-" "I wanted to," he interrupted, pressing a kiss to her forehead. "Because tonight is special. And so are you."
Ae Rin smiled, her fingers tracing the necklace. "It's beautiful, Jimin. But the best gift is you." Jimin chuckled, pulling her into his arms. "Then I'll make sure you keep me forever." And in that candlelit room, surrounded by love, their new journey truly began.
"So what do you want to do to make this night special huh?" Jimin asked while softly caressing the back of her palm. "Nothing is more special than being with you" Jimin smiled feeling touched by her words. "Let's go to the balcony" she raised her eyebrows in confusion and asked "Why?" Jimin stand up and held her by saying "you'll know once you are there, come on get up"
Jimin guided the way towards the balcony while holding her hand. "Come with me," he whispered, his voice filled with warmth. She followed him, curiosity flickering in her eyes as he led her towards the balcony. The moment she stepped outside, her breath hitched, the cool night breeze brushed against her skin.
The scene before her was nothing short of a dream-a beautifully set table draped in soft white cloth, adorned with delicate pink roses and glowing candles. Twinkling fairy lights wrapped around the railing, casting a golden glow against the deep blue night sky. Beyond the balcony, the city lights shimmered in the distance, blending seamlessly with the last hues of sunset.
Ae Rin gasped softly, her fingers tightening around Jimin's. "Oh... that's the special thing you were talking about" she murmured, turning to him with a mixture of surprise and adoration. Jimin chuckled, his eyes filled with affection. "You barely ate at the venue," he said, pulling out a chair for her. "I wanted to make sure my wife gets a proper meal... something just for you and me."
Her heart swelled at his thoughtfulness as she took a seat, watching as he uncovered a plate of her favorite dish. "Chim Chim... this is perfect," she whispered. He took the seat across from her, pouring a glass of juice for her before raising his own. "To us," he said, his gaze locked with hers. "To us," she echoed, clinking her glass against his.
