Unintentional Hurting *SynHD Fanfic*

Chapter 15

After I woke up, I continued my crying mess until I got a text.  My phone was sitting on my nightstand right next to my bed, but I just didn't have the strength to reach out to it.  I soon realized that I was once again tired and laid my head on my now flattened out pillows, facing the opposite side of where my phone was located.  I closed my eyes for the second time today and began to slowly drift off into a soft, peaceful sleep.

Until I wake brutally awakened to the sound of train horns being blasted into my ears.

I quickly turned onto the other side of the bed where my phone was blasting these horrific tunes and answered it.

"Who are you and what do you want?" I asked very demandingly.

"Hey there sexy~" said a very familiar Irish accent "It's Shay aaannnndd..."

" AND KATE!!!" Kate yelled.

"Oh..." I responed, not knowing how to reply back becasue I just realized that 1, I gave a rude introduction and 2, my voice was hoarse from all the crying.

"Anyways," Shay began "we were wondering if we could have an all girls night tonight since I just picked up Kate from the dance studio and we are headed towards your house."

"Errr...Sorry guys but I don't believe I have extra clothes" I said trying to come up with an excuse.

"Um, ya you do. Remember last girls night? We left our extra clothes in the guest bedroom drawers!" Kate said excitedly, obviously hyped up about the situation.

'I have to stall them out for a bit.  They can't see me like this! They would absolutely kill Tom if they found out about the situation that we're both in!'

"Oh ya... Well while you guys are still out, can you guys please stop by the store, preferably Costco? I'm in deep need of food" I said truthfully.

'That's a good stall right? I mean the nearest Costsco is a good 10 miles from here. It's usually crowded around this time and I am in deep need of food. Plus the girls always buy a whole lot of food too...'

"Alrighty then, but you'll have to drive Kate. You know I don't know LA this well like you do" Shay said.

"Fine by me! See you in a bit Katarina!" Kate yelled.

I ended the call without a goodbye. I need to get the house cleaned up and I need to get ready. WIth that, I rushed down the stair and onto the first floor of the house where I immediatly began to scrub-a-dub-dub things and put things back where they belong. Eventually the whole house was fairly neat and cleaned.  I then ran upstairs which, by the way was the work out my body's been dying to have, and stumbled right into the bathroom where I presumed to take a shower, get dressed, and put my face on (in otherwords, makeup).

Right when I was finishing up my light amount of makeup, the doorbell rang and I could hear 2 squealing girls outside my house.  I then proceeded down the stairs, walking this time, and flung the door open where I was tackled by a brunette with green eyes and a pink haired girl.

"Katarina! We missed you so, so, very much" Kate (pink haired girl) said.

"We basically bought the whole store!" Kate said jumping up and down.

"Come outside and help us take in the groceries!" Shay said practically dragging me to her car.

Sooner or later all the groceries were put away and we all were hanging out in my office where Shay was eating her Oreos and was Kate eating her chocolate chip cookies while I had some of my very famous cheap off brand cinnamon cereal without any milk.  The girls were having a blast. They were talking at such a speed not even the superhero Flash could keep a paste at.  And there I was, looking at the darkest corner in the room thinking about today's past events. I guess Shay and Kate evntually realized that I wasn't being my talkative, outgoing self and decided to bring up the topic.

"Hey Rina" Shay said using the nickname she used when she was around me and Kate "what's on your mind? Did something happen?"

"Ya Kat, you're being awfully quiet today..." Kate said.

"Nah guys, nothing has happen," I lied "I'm just feeling out in the dumps today I guess you can say."

"Oh ok. Well if it makes you feel better, you can have one of my Oreos" Shay offered.

"No, no. Really I'm fi-"

"Rina," Shay said sternly "You know that I just don't going around offering my Oreos to anybody. Just get an Oreo and-"

"Really Shay, I'm fi-"

"NO YOU'RE NOT! TAKE THE DAMN OREO NOW OR ELSE I'LL SHOVE IT DOWN YOUR THROAT!"

"Ok then. I'll take an Oreo" I said chuckling a bit.

"Good girl" Kate said petting my head. 

"Guys," I started "I can't shake the feeling that we are missing someone or somebody..."

"Alex!" Shay yelled.

"How could we forget that green haired gamer freak?!" Kate exclaimed.

"I'm calling that son of a gun and she's coming over immediatly.

After some time of waiting, Alex finally arrived where she burst through the door and ran up the stairs.

"The queen has arrived!" Alex hollered.

"Yay!" we all shouted in sync and jumped onto her. The poor girl probably saw her life flash before her eyes. 

After the arrival of our close friend, the rest of the day was pretty eventful. It consisted of lots of laughs, video games, movies, and food. Me and Alex even introduced anime and the animes Free! and Hetalia to the anime newbies. At some point, night time had came and the girls had already planned on staying over the whole weekned, which I had agreed to. Alex of course had clothes in the guest room as well so we all got changed to run into bed. Once we were all settled and ready, we said our goodnights and took off into our designated sleeping areas; Alex on one of my couches, Kate on the other, and the Irish Shay who had won a round of Call of Duty against the girls and claimed the guest bedroom. 

I then turned off all the lights and walked into my room. From there, I closed the door and flopped myself onto my bed and closed my eyes for the third time that day. And this time, I went to bed with a smile on my face, forgetting today's earlier events.
