chapter twelve

Feeling vunrable, Evan opened his door and welcomed me in. His room was spotless and everything was put in streight lines or in boxes under his creaky bed. At this point, im not quite sure what is happeneing. I still hadnt heard from Jc or the others. He couldnt of forgttern about me? I though Jc and I were in love. I thought we were unbreakable.

I got ordered to sit down on Evans bed, so I did. Soflty shutting his door, he sat next to me. He looked me in the eyes, grabbed my hair and pulled into kiss me.

"Evan!! Im in a relationship!" I bellowed.

He quietly replied "Oh, but I-"

"No 'buts' Evan, were just friends" With all the confidence I had, I walked out of his room. Digging for my phone that was underneath a pillow, I had a text.

"hey L. Hope ur ok. Me and the boys fly back to LA tomorrow. Any chance of a final goodbye kiss? -Jc"

immideatly blushing, I ran to my plain room, quickly texting Jc back. We arranged to meet outside choccywoccydoodah at 11:30.

I grabbed my bag from the Kitchen, and told Maddie that I was going out to meet a friend, she was okay with that.
I still haven't heard from Jenn. oh, I guess she's with her boyfriend.

Reaching Coccywoccydoodah, I figured I was early so I can just wait outside.

I waited for a long time. A very long time.
