Chapter five

In my head, I have been and I am still thinking weather Jenn knows about this or not. Should I ring her? No, it will probably end messy. I dont like worrying people. Although, I think she should probably know. Checking the bus timetable, I read that my bus should arrive any minute now. Feeling the gush of wind hit on me, the petrol-smelling bus arrived. I payed £1.70 for a return ticket, just incase I have to get the bus back.

The bus was surprisingly full, there was one seat next to a young adult, estimating 19. As I approached the seat, gripping tightly onto the bars, the man moved his black, bulging bag onto the seat and he gave me a death stare glare.
As I turned around, an elderly couple got up and whined "You can have these seats, dear." As they slowly stepped off the bus.
I replyed thankyou and awkwardly sat on the seat, with most other people looking at me. When the bus was in close distance to the next stop, I noticed someone familliar, standing with a tall, slim boy who had blonde, side-swept hair. Although I couldnt make out who it was, i didnt have my glasses on therefore everything was a blur to me.
Wait. Its Jenn! Hang on, i though she was grounded? Why is she with this boy? Ugh! With my eyes filled with anger, she kissed her boyfriend goodbye (EW!) and as she stepped on the bus, she saw me. Her cheeks filled with a deep red, which brightly shone through her many layers of foundation. She looked to the floor embarrased, and slowley walked up to the seat next to me.

"Sorry I bailed on you Lou, i feel really bad" Jenn whispered.

Confidently, I belted"I hope you do! My mums in hospital and my brother has died. I went to the dungeons all by myself and i met 7 amazing boys who have helped me through EVERYTHING."

What? Im so sorry, err what can I do? What happened?" Jenn asked.

I strongly told Jenn that it was a house fire and that no one could do anything -exept the doctors and nurses that are trying their best to save my mums life. "Its where im going now, to the hospital."

"Look Lou, im SO sorry." Jenn constantley whined into my ear drum.

Hooking my earphones in my ears, I started walking to the front of the bus I saw the hospital and when the bus stopped I was the first one off. Despret to get into the hospital and see my mumma.
