Raikou slowly awakened from being knocked out, his vision blurred and his head rang. On top of that, it felt like someone had dropped something heavy onto his stomach.

“What happened?” Raikou groaned out.

Trying to gather himself and recollect his thoughts. His vision eventually cleared, quickly noticing as he was sitting in what seemed to be a cell. Across from him on the other side, was a man with green colored dreads, dressed in a brown trenchcoat. Staring him down with his red eyes.

Seeing him and instantly recognizing the man. Raikou's memories came flooding back. After lashing out and accidentally unleashing his power, he was knocked by this stranger..in one strike!

His body jolting up to his feet, a look of shock across his face, as he gazed back at the mysterious man. An uncomfortable silence hung in the air between the two. Raikou could feel his hands trembling, his heart was racing, he thought it was going to burst.

“So do you know how to speak?” The man asked, finally breaking the silence. “I was told you could speak, unless they were mistaken?” His brow raised in question.

“Um I-..Uh..” Raikou stammered, trying to find the words. His voice caught in his throat. “Yes..I do.” Raikou answered, clearing his throat. “Whe-”

“Good.” The man cut him off.”Do you understand the trouble you have caused?” He leaned off the wall, stepping towards his cell. “Do you even understand how much damage you've caused?” You put my men in the infirmary.”

The man's tone was monotone yet it was full of anger and venom.

“My daughter is lucky she didn't get hurt and so are you because if you so harm a hair on her head, you wouldn't be sitting here right now.” He threatened.

Raikou didn’t say anything, he just frowned, he fought hard to keep the tears back but he was overwhelmed by the guilt.

“I didn’t want to hurt anyone..” Raikou anxiously croaked out. “I just..”

“You just what? Dragons haven't been seen in many years, so why is a dragon here now? What business could you possibly have here?”

“I came down because I wanted to see the realm I read in my books!” I went behind the backs of my people to come down here, me crash landing wasn't part of my plan! Scaring and hurting innocent people is something I wouldn't even think of doing.” Raikou explained, trying to defend himself. “I hear that they see my people as monsters and I don't blame them, really..but I'm nothing like my kin.” Raikou flashed a glare. I'd rather die than be cruel like they are.”

The man listened to the dragon's explanation, studying his facial expressions and his movements as he spoke. He would blink at his last statement, shifting in his position a bit, gaze softening.

“Hm. Is that right..” He muttered, trailing off before getting lost into thought before coming back. “Then how do you explain yourself using your Birth-Right on my men?” He asked, squinting.

“Birth-Right? What the hell are you..” Raikou paused. “Wait, do you mean my lightning? I didn’t even mean to use that. Those things they were shooting me with really hurt but one of them really hurt! I have a bad temper and I guess the pain just set me off…” He looked away. “All I wanted was my necklace back. I was gonna come back to get it and go somewhere else.”

“Hm.” The man responded, listening to him. Turning towards another direction and looking at an annoyed Goobie standing out of sight. He started towards her and held out his palm, nodding his head.

Goobie would hand over the necklace to him, gently taking it into his palm. Finger caressing the small cold metal. “Dragon.” He called out. “What’s so important about this necklace?”
