That Deaf Girl

INTRODUCTION:

Hi, Im Jamie and Im Deaf. Im a 16 year old teenage girl that goes to the worst high school imaginable. Burnside High. The teachers are the most strict and they dont even sign. I've been practicing reading lips, its just really harder than I thought. Thats why im failing all my classes. I swear I'd be the best student If I understood most of what the teachers were saying. I hate being deaf and I hate my parents, they blame me for everything. This morning is a perfect example...

My parents were argueing about the usual stuff, most likely about how dad dosent clean after himself and eating and a bunch of other things. 

I walked downstairs to them saying "It was Jamies fault", my dad said pointing at me. 

Thoes words came out of their mouths more than you would expect. I knew he  was saying that becuase Im getting better at reading lips, but with my teachers, they talk to fast. hah. 

Anyways I sometimes talk, but I was bullied in middleschool becuase I had a funny voice? Who knows. So I dont talk at all at school unless Im talking to the bestest friend in the world, Sammy. She is hearing, but she knows sign language. Which is awesome. She is my only friend at school and anywhere else. She understands me. 

At school there is a guy his name is Maxwell Conard. People just call him Max. He is the most popular guy in school, the thing is, he is always picking on me and Sammy. What makes him somewhat a nice guy it that he apologizes after school without his possy around. I kind of have a crush on him. I mean, me and him, together will obviosly never happen, so I dont get why I have a massive crush on him. He is just the most handsome guy ever.  I always get butterflies when I see him in the Halls. We have Spanish together. 

I probably would say he is a gentleman, but to girls like me and Sammy, and what I mean by girls like me, I mean the unpopulars, he is a jerk with his friends becuase when he is with his friends the bad side of him comes out just to show off and be cool.

I still like him though, theres just something about this boy. 

Sammy thinks im crazy for every liking someone like him. 

She hates the populars, I get how she feels, but Max is different.

SO WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK??? GREAT OR WHAT? HAHA, I'D REALLY LIKE TO KNOW YALLS OPINION, IT MEANS ALOT. I DONT WANT TO WASTE MY TIME WRITING THIS IF YALL DONT LIKE IT.
