Then they ears caught the crying sounds from the labor room. "The first baby already come out." Ray said. "Dazai, Levi did you two bring her clothes and the babies stuffs?" Shoto ask. "Yeah, all here" Dazai respond as Levi point at the red suitcase.

"The doctor is here" Chifuyu said. "How was her condition? Is she okay? How about the twins?" Loid ask anxiously. "Her condition is stable and she in rest now. The twins was with the nurse. They cleaning them. Y/n would be place at Vip room 201." Dr Hanma said. "Alright" L said. "Mr Forger, the nurse already take the twin blood for the DNA test. We need yours for the test, can you follow us?" Hanma ask, Loid nod.

"Kawaii.." Takemitchy said, lookin at the twins in the crib. Levi smack his head, and he hiss in pain. "Slow down your voice, commander is sleeping same goes to the young masters." Takemitchy cover his mouth, Levi let out a tched sound and role his eyes.

Mikey look at the twins, a smile on his face, 'I'm wonder what's your next plan' he thought. "The father is here" Megumi inform, looking at Loid.

When his eyes looking down to the twins, he can tell this twins is his own sons just by looking at the twins face. He pick up the oldest twin to his arms gently.

You woke up, the first thing you saw is him with the baby. Slowly you sit up. "she awake" Mitsuya spoke lookin at you. "Do you've a name for them?" Mikey asked. You nod, "The older is Satoshi and the second twin Hiroshi." "Whats the name meaning??" Luffy asked. "Satoshi mean intelligent, Hiroshi mean generous." you said, looking at your twins son. "What a beautiful names" Loid said with a soft smile.

"Tommorow the DNA result will be inform" Loid said to you as he put Satoshi back to the crib next to Hiroshi. 'I hope Hanma would do his job' you thought.

"Hey, sorry for disturbing y'all. We need your child name for their birth certificates." Hanma said. "Satoshi and Hiroshi" Loid said. "Without surname?" Hanma ask. "Uhm–" you cut Loid words off, "Satoshi Forger, Hiroshi Forger." you respond to Hanma. Loid's eyes widen, he turn to look at you. You just look at him, "what?" "Nothing" he said and he sit next to your bed.

He walk inside Dr Hanma's room, he take the sit across him. Hanma just led the white envelope to him. "Thanks doc" he said before he open the envelope. At first he was so excited but then it's gone once his eyes focus on the last words...
