Chapter 12 Birthday surprise

You get up out of the pool to realize, HEY it's my birthday! You look over at Mark and see him wrestling with Sean. You give out a soft sigh and go to your towel and dry yourself.
Mark: Y/N you getting out?
Y/N: yea I got a little cold
You lie.
Mark: oh well ok.
Sean: you sure you wanna get out?
Y/N: yea I'm ok.
Sean: well ok the-
Mark cuts him off by putting his head under water and laughs. Jack gets right up and tackles Mark to the bottom of the pool floor. You giggle.
1 hour later

Mark and Jack get out of the pool and dry off. It's almost dusk and you guys hurry into the car. You drive back to Marks apartment. Mark walks up to the door and notices it's already unlocked. His face went white.
Y/N: Mark do you remember locking the door when you left?
Mark: I swear I did!
Mark opens the door and all the lights were off. You hear a faint giggle and you freeze. All the lights went on.
Crowd: HAPPY BIRTHDAY Y/N!
You jump a little in surprise then look at Mark who has a smile on his face.
Mark: Happy birthday Y/N
He kisses you straight on the lips. Everyone cheered. About 1 hour later you guys start to open presents from Bob, Wade, and a couple of your friends and Mark. Bob got you a necklace saying Birthday girl. You gave him a big hug.
Y/N: thank you Bob it's beautiful!
Bob: no problem Y/N
You open Y/F gift.
Y/N: Y/F THIS IS AWESOME!!
Y/F: I knew you always wanted it.
She gave you the thing you have always wanted since you were a kid. Now it was Wades turn.
Wade: I hope it's enough I didn't have time to get anything.
Y/N: Ohh it's ok you didn't have to get me anything.
Wade got you a card that had $150 dollars.
Y/N: WADE! YOU DIDNT HAVE TO GIVE ME THIS!
Wade: I hope it's enough.
Y/N: ENOUGH this is awesome!
You give him a hug. You peek back at Mark who is glaring at Wade. You now turn back to Mark and marks glare turned into a smile. He looks at you with his Nutella colored eyes and tells you.
Mark: Every since I saw you I have always wanted to do this.
You look back at everyone and you see your best friends crying a little and Bob and Wade looking at Mark like there watching a football game and there team is winning. Mark gets down on one knee.
Mark: Y/N I love you so so so much! When ever I look at you, your smile brightens my day. You are the sun when it's a rainy day. I love you with all my heart. Y/N....
You start to tear up. Mark grabs a little box from behind him.
Mark: Will you be my Wife?
At this point your tears have become a waterfall.
Y/N: YES MARK I WILL!!
You scream and jump into his arms and kiss him as he puts the ring on you and everyone is cheering and crying.
