Chapter 31 Are you okay?

You plop onto the couch and out your head in your hands. You scratch your head and get up and pace around the room.
Mark: What are you doing?
Y/N: Thinking.
Mark: About what?
Y/N: Stuff...
Mark: your kidding...
Y/N: yes I'm just walking back and forth between the room. What else would I be doing?
Mark laughs and sits on the couch. You sit next to him and let out a big sigh.
Mark: Remember when we first meet?
Your eyes get wide and you have a flash back of when you first laid eyes on the handsomeness of this man sitting next to you on the couch.

Your walking down the street in a jacket and skinny jeans that are ripped by your knees. Your walking in the streets of Cincinnati because your brother died in a plane crash a few days ago and you just broke up with your boyfriend Alex who is now I jail for sexual assault, also it's raining....your mind is full of sadness, hatred, and guilt. You feel alone, heartbroken, depressed. Your starting to think about self harm, but you don't want to go near anything like that. Your still walking in your wet and soggy converse and looking down at the side walk. You start thinking again and your no paying attention to the road. You walk right in the middle of the road and see lights shine in the poring rain. You hear a loud honk from the car and your vision turns blurry and your whole life and best memories with your family and friends flash right before your eyes. Your where sure, that you were a goner. But you feel a yank at the end of your hoodie and you fall into a strong mans arms.
Man: Are you ok?
