Everything's going to be alright Arianna whispered to herself, it had been 2 days since her mother was murdered and the only thing she heard from her father was a blocked phonecall telling her to go back home. You see the thing about Arianna life is, it really isnt normal and it never really has been, she's always losing the people that mean the most to her, her dads always going away to work she must have only seen him about 5 times in the 16 years of her life, but maybe returning home would be a good thing for her well that's what she hoped anyways.
ARIANNAS POINT OF VIEW
The journey home was long and meaningless like I'm so sick of coming back to this place I don't even want to call it home because well it doesn't even feel like home. Home is where the heart is they say but I guess when your like me you don't really have a heart well not a fully beating one that is. I've been back to this place at least 4 times and each time I just have to leave again, I really don't see the point in coming back, I'm 16 for god sakes I should be out living my life not constantly moving from place to place every time something bad happens.
3 HOURS LATER
I think I must have fell asleep because when I opened my eyes I was in the taxi outside my old house. The house looked almost brand new almost as if somebody had been living in it but I suppose my dad just hired someone to keep it looking nice. I got out of the car and walked up the long path to the front door I felt nervous but I don't really know why I mean I've been here before so I know exactly what to expect. I tried the front door I don't know why but I kind of expected it to be unlock but of course it wasn't so I had to look around outside for the key. I found the key under a plant pot it was actually my old key it had a keyring with an old photo of me and my mother attached to it, I just stood and stared at it for a little while I just can't believe shes actually gone it hasn't really sunk in yet. I finally plucked up enough courage to go inside and when I did I instantly regretted it. The place was a complete mess there was empty beer cans and pizza boxes just laying around all over the place it looked like a teenage boy had been living here. Then I suddenly remembered that I have a teenage brother 19 to be exact I thought he had left town.
"Noah its Ari are you home?" I called out but there was no reply. I sort of remember were one of his friends live so I think I'll just go and look for him. I looked down at what I was wearing, one of my dads old tops, some scraggy old ripped jeans, and some converse I had literally no makeup on and my blonde hair was scrapped back into a bun. I decided that I can't go and see my brother and his friends dressed like a homeless person so I changed into something more me, some black high wasted disco pants, red high heels, a red lace effect top with a black collar I even put on some make up and straighted my hair and now I'm ready to go out.
NOAHS POINT OF VIEW
I was sat in stephans front garden enjoying the sun we never get sun here so you have enjoy it while it lasts. "Noah its your turn to run to the shop and buy the beer" Steven shouted from inside the house.
"Throw my shoes out and I'll run down and get some " I shouted back and Steven threw my shoes. I'm so happy with my life right now all I have to do is sit and drink beer with my mates its like the best life ever and I don't even need a job my dad pays money into my bank account every week I suppose that's his way of making up for all my birthdays I've missed. I put on my shoes just as James arrived now James he is the youngest in the group but he's also the best, plus he's next inline to be alpha so he's quite special. "The party has arrived" James announced as he walked through the gate.
"Hey man I'm just off to get some beer you want anything?" I asked him.
"Just whatever your buying oh and some bacon I'm starving" he replied. As I went to leave I spotted a girl across the road and she looked very very very similar to my sister Arianna but it came be her she's in brasil with my mother. I stood and stared at her for a while longer just to be sure but just as I went to look away she turned to look at me, the girls eyes widened.
"Noah is that you?" She shouted.
"Oh my god Ari what are you doing here?" I shouted back while walking over to her.
"Hey Noah who's that your ex?" I heard James shout he just loves to try and make things awkward.
JAMESS POINT OF VIEW
Noah went over to talk to a girl so I saw an opportunity and I took it "hey noah who's that your ex?" I shouted and all the lads started laughing and shouting. The girl just all of a sudden just jumped on Noah and started hugging him but it wasn't like a boyfriend hug it was an Ive missed you hug. When the girl finally got off him Noah brought her over and I saw Stephan's eyes light up "oh my god Arianna Stevens is that you?" He asked and she nodded.
"Right okay I'm still confused can somebody please tell me who the hell this girl is and how everyone seems to know her expect for me!" I demanded. "James meet Arianna she's my sister and you didn't hang around with me the last time she was here" Noah explained and Arianna smiled at me it was the first time I got to look at her properly and my god she was beautiful I don't even have words to describe how beautiful she was, my jaw just dropped and I was unable to speak or even close my mouth the rest of the time she was here.
