They say time heals all wounds, but that can't be true can it? The laptop, who has finally named herself Esmerelda since Sophia hadn't named her during their time together. But of course Cassandra gets a name not even a month into their relationship.
And what a relationship they had, Esmerelda was standing at the back of the church (wtf why they at a church i'm a buddhist) watching the love of her life get married to someone else. Cassandra was even more beautiful than she had been years ago, Sophia always fixed her screen, keyboard, any problems Cassandra had got fixed. Meanwhile Esmerelda got thrown away as soon as she even malfunctions slightly.
She felt anger burning inside of her, or maybe that's just her wires overheating, and she was tempted to start a war.
Suddenly, Esmerelda was no more. She had exploded in a heat of electric fumes, fire and stuff. There were gasps and screams, Cassandra's screams. Esmerelda's fire had caught and killed Cassandra.
Esmerelda may be dead but at least she had taken Cassandra with her.
Meanwhile, Sophia had a horrifying realisation. "NO! IT WAS ESMERELDA. I DIDN'T REALISE IT BUT I NEVER STOPPED LOVING HER!" she sobbed in the aisle of the church (seriously wtf i dont even like churches) and sobbed into the space next to Esmerelda. Ignoring the people getting killed by electrical fires, she sobbed over the corpse of her laptop, like in that creepy way snape held lily and cried while ignoring the GOD DAMN BABY IN THE CRIB AND HER DEAD HUSBAND A+ SNAPE.
There were more screams, people dying before the fire consumed everything.
And the world was no more.
