Background: Millie lives with her parents and her twin sisters, Lucy and Orla. She doesn't care much about her parents as they don't take much notice of her, but she loves her sisters, who are 12. Millie works in the orchards, high up in the treetops, with her best friend Luna, who is also 13.

Personality: At first, Millie is nervous about the Games, but when she is there she can't wait to kill as many people as possible so that she can get home to her sisters.
