"Lilly," I heard a creepy voice call out. I looked around not seeing anybody that would match that voice in the car. I was on my way back home to Tucson from California with my family and so a chill went up my spine.
I decided to blame it on my siblings anyways.
"Hey stop trying to scare me," I told them, but when they said they didn't do anything I got really annoyed. That is until I saw a creepy old guy walking towards me.
He was wearing a black tuxedo and looked like death himself. Once he was about a foot away from me he stopped and in a hushed voice said "Come with me".
I did the exact opposite and ran in the opposite direction when I snapped awake. I looked around with my blurry eyes but we were still on the inerstate.
When I got home I took my things to my room, plugged in my headphones, and tool off on my bike. I didn't know where I was going but I knew that I had to get away from the people I call my family. When I ride my bike I feel free. Free from rules, from people, from home...
Other sixteen year olds are addicted to posting pictures of them selves on social media, but not me. My only addictions are my bike, music, and books.
It was eight o'clock by the time I got home and my parents usually didn't mind, but ever since I took off to Mesa leaving my phone and a note on my night stand saying
Dear Mom and Dad,
I have no idea when I am going to be back it can be tomorrow or never I am not telling u where I am going so you don't try to come and find me. Don't ask Lavada or Jake where I am going because they have no I idea either. They only know that I left. You're dearly beloved daughter,
LillyI came back two weeks after that because I got bored. When I got home it was Halloween and I knew my boyfriend, Jake, was having a party and everybody would be there including my bestfriend Lavada. When I showed up everybody freaked out.
When I got home around one a.m my parents took my keys out of my hands and handed me my phone.
Anyways, I grabbed a cold slice of pizza and went up stairs as quiet as possible trying to avoid my parents. When I reached my room I called Lavada. Avoiding my parents was a success.
Lavada is my bestfriend and the biggest fangirl I know. Her hair is galexy ombre. The top of her head is black and that fades into blue which fades into purple. She is usually found in black leggings and band shirts.
We stayed up all night talking about winter vacation, newly despised people and anything and everything we could think of.

My phone started ringing and I shot straight up. When I looked at my alarm clock and it said one o'clock. I guess I fell asleep talking to Lavada, I thought to myself and looked at my phone. The number was blocked but I answered it out of curiosity.
"Lilly, listen to me. You must let go and move on," the voice on the other end said. When I asked the person who they were they hung up. I just figured that it was somebody trying to mess with me so I went back to sleep.

When I got up I saw that Jake had tried to call me so I called him back."Hey what's up," he answered.
"You called?"
"Yeah I was just wondering if you wanted to come to the mall with me and Alex."
Alex was his bestfriend and Lavada's boyfriend. He was nice, sweet, and adorable. Perfect for my bestfriend.
"Umm. Yeah sure. Pick me up in an hour," I replied.
"Mkay. See you then babe. I love you."
"I love you too" I manged to get put without my voice cracking. Even though we have said that a million times I still blush.

"Can we go into Hottopic," I asked excitedly. When I saw Jakes disapproval I said "We can go get icecream," and smiled when he agreed.
In Hottopic I accidentally bumped into his girl around my age. When she replied to my apology I realized that her voice sounded familiar. I stared at her while she was walking out until Jake noticed I wasn't paying attention to his question.
