Chapter #8

Riker's POV

I woke up and got dressed for the day, jeans and a t-shirt. I can't wait to hang out with Tori again. I'm going to ask her to be my girlfriend when I am finished singing my song to her. I'm not done writing it yet. I'm just gonna go see how breakfast is doing and when I will be expecting it to be in my belly. "Hi mom"

"Hello Riker, do you want a bowl of cereal?"

"Sure" she pours me the cereal and Ross and Ryland walk down.

"Hey boys, cereal?" they nod and she pours them some too.

"What's todays plans?" Dad asks.

"We are all going to the Botanic Gardens" mom says smiling. I have never been there, I wonder if Tori has. Just as I think about her she walks down the stairs with Rocky and Rydel. Mom tells them where we are going and we head to the car. It was only 30 minutes to get there and I was sitting next to Rocky and Ross. Once we got there we went over the the benches to put our visiting stickers on mom told us the rules, "So your dad and I will be going to the Lily garden but you kids can go where you want. I do have some rules, be polite to others and plants and always have at least one other person with you. So be back here in two hours." She finished and took dad's hand wandering away. Ross and Ryland were already running to the pod area so I just started walking with Rocky.

"Why aren't you walking with your girlfriend?" He asks smile smirking.

"She's not my girlfriend"

"Yet" we keep walking a few more steps when I feel something in my hand, Tori's hand. She smiles at me and I return one to her.

"You just left without us" she says still in a joyful mood. Rydel and Rocky were ahead of us making kissy faces.

"Oh sorry, I thought you might want some girl time with Delly."

"We are going to the mall tomorrow for that, and clothing."

"Oh" We walk hand in hand around the gardens.

"Hey, lets take some pictures" She says pulling out her phone.

"Ok, what time is it?"

"Oh don't worry we still have a bit over an hour." For the rest of the time we took probably hundreds of photos of each other being silly in front of the flowers and trees. My favorite was the picture of us together with a waterfall behind us, she just looks so pretty. We head back to where we were supposed to meet and everyone is there except Ross and Ryland. After a couple minutes the rush back. We all get back in the car and I got to sit next to Tori and We looked at all of the pictures.

We get home and eat a late lunch/early dinner. The rest of the night we were all in our own rooms. Me and Rocky were playing cards. He kept telling me different ways I should ask Tori to be my gf but I knew what I was going to do.

When the time is perfect, I will sing my song for Tori and she will be blown away. The only problem is I have to finish the song before my perfect moments arrives.

Rydel's POV

Me and Tori were going through magazines and taking about random things once we finished dinner. "Oh girly this is cute" I show Tori a skirt.

"Oh yeah, that would look good on you. Hey guess what."

"What?"

"You recently published your own magazine that you wrote with all different advice things!"

"OMG cool, do you have one?"

"No they didn't come out yet when I was in my time so I can only see what people post on the internet."

"Oh well still cool. So, you and big brother?"

"Me and Riker are just friends right now"

"Ya I have a lot of friends that are boys who I have a crush on and they have a crush on me and we hold hands and take cute pictures." I think Riker should just ask her already. Tori would be really happy I just know it!

"Oh what ever" The rest of the night was more magazines. Tori showed me R5's new album Sometime Last Night and I didn't know I could sing like that. I always thought I would end up being a singer or something but I guess dreams can change. Or maybe I am just really sad I didn't end up being a dancer inside. No don't think like that I have an awesome life. I tried singing Lightning Strikes and I was mostly giggling along with Tori because I didn't know the words so I filled the empty places with laughter. I would say I am excited for shopping but I don't like it because I don't like talking clothing off and on. I do like picking and owning lots of clothing so I will make the most out of my day. Maybe I will even see a cute boy!
