Author's pov :-

Reyansh told everything about him to Aria. Aria was quite shocked after his revelation about being a mafia king. She knows that there is always a tight security around him, his office, his mansion, but she didn't knew that he is a mafia. She never wanted to be a part of that underworld who snatch her everything, but here she is tangled in this dark realm. She loves Reyansh with her everything and she knows she will not be able to leave him, even if she wants.

" I know, there are many questions in your mind and I'm ready to answer all your questions. Yes, I'm a mafia and I admit that I have illegal businesses but I also despises human trafficking, drugs dealing and many more which is a black spot in humankind." Reyansh said snapping her from her thoughts. She looked at him with empty eyes which made his heart clench.

" I know you don't want to be a part of this world and I also don't want to drag you in this but I cannot leave this. This world is inseparable part of me. But I will not leave you at any cost. You are my wife, my love, my everything and I don't want to loose you." He said cupping her cheeks between his palms which immediately relax her stiff posture. After a long pause she finally decided to speak.

" I don't want you to leave this world" she said firmly looking at his eyes. There is so many emotions in her eyes, fear, worry, determination and most importantly pain. He looked at her with confusion. He thought that she will be mad at him and tell him to leave this world. But here she is saying to not leave this dangerous world.

" What?" He asked.

" Yes. I don't want you to leave this world because I know the consequences of leaving this underworld " she said and a wave of nostalgia hit her. Reyansh looked at her with confusion.

" Means?" He asked.

" My dad, he is not a businessman from the start. In his early days he used to work with mafia. The same cruelty, heartlessness you had before our marriage. He was a capo. Killing someone was the easiest thing for him. But then my mom come to his life. She is the most strong lady I have ever seen. She brings all happiness with her. She bought a new life for dad. He fell for her on the first sight. Soon he proposed her and she accepted him. They married each other.They both are very happy. But my mother didn't knew that he was in mafia. She hates illegal works. I was just 8 months when she got to know about dad's work. She asked him to choose between her and his work and my dad chooses her. He left the underworld but that world didn't left him. There are so many enemies of dad and when they got to know about dad's leaving mafias for my mom, they got to know his weakness. His family. They targeted our family. We are attacked frequent times but dad save us everytime. But the anger of those people only increase. They want to see dad broken. Crying for his family like he made them cry. They want revenge. Then that day come, the most horrific dy of our life, the day which shattered our happy family" she said and a long tear roll down her cheeks which Reyansh wipes quickly with his thumbs. He held her hand tightly giving solac to her broken soul. After taking a long breath she continues.
