At 5:30 T and I went down to the cafeteria for dinner. It was surprising how many teenagers there were. There was a table full of teenagers. A girl with a shaved head sat at the table T took me to. "This is Harmoni Evers. Depression." Harmoni had almost black eyes and equally dark makeup on her porcelain skin. I introduced myself. T and Harmoni talked a while and we all ate-T ate a lot less but at least she was eating. After dinner, T and I walked back to our room.
I remember the next week. You caught up to me after my last class. "Hey Peri," you said. I turned,"Are you like stalking me or something?" You smiled innocently,"You wish. And I asked around about you." I rolled my eyes,"So you are stalking me...ok." I start walking to the doors. "Wait," you said, "When can I see you again?" I blushed. "Well school is over so I can see you now," I said. We walked out of school and you brought me to the parking lot. "I am not taking a ride from a stranger," I said. You stuck out your hand, "I'm Greysin Matthers. Nice to meet you. Now we ain't strangers no more." I laughed and shook your hand. We started hanging out at school more often then that one night, everything changed.
