Chapter six- 24 hours left

I try talking to Nari, but it is no use. My mouth is taped shut. I'm look down because I can't talk or do anything else. Nari looks up, and says, "No Mark we can't give up." I can't talk so I just keep my head down.

Nari POV

"Mark please, put your head up." I say. He doesn't respond. I want to stand up but I'm weak, and my hands aren't any use to me because they tied them when I was in that van. I am about to try to talk to Mark, but Kwangsuk and Jungsoo walk in so I stay quiet. "Hello again Nari," Kwangsuk says. I don't respond though. After they say hello, they toward Mark, and start to untie him.

Mark POV

I lift my head and they start coming toward me. They start to untie me and I just let them do it. They then take me into a separate room and leave me there for 10 minutes. Waiting I hear screams. Girl screams. What are they doing to Nari?!?

Nari POV

They take him out of the room, and I become scared because they come back. With a knife. I'm now scared and, I am tied so I can't get away. "Kwangsuk, please stop, just please stop." I say. "No, I can't do that," he says. And he puts the knife to my legs, and slices my ankles. I start to cry. "Kwangsuk it hurts please stop." I yell. "I'm done, just 23 hours left." He says. And shuts the door. Jungsoo comes back and stitches up my ankles and cleans them.
Thank you I say. "No problem" he mumbles and walks out.

Mark POV

They come back, "what did you do to her!" I scream. "Oh all I did was slice her ankles." He replies. I begin to try to wriggle out of the tie, but Kwangsuk stops me. "There are now only 23 hours left Mark. Choose your thoughts and actions wisely. Hour 1 was her turn. Hour 2 is yours," and he walked out.
