Chris pov

Jana was asleep on my chest I could stay like this forever, but we have to get ready to leave so I woke her up.

"Jana come on we have to get ready."I say.

"Ok ok I'm up."She say as she pops up then lays back down, causing me to laugh.

"Come on girl get up."I say as I walk to my closet.

"Ok."She say as she stands up and goes to her room.

"What?"She ask.

"You look amazing."I say she was amazing and the guilt is killing me.

"Thank you."She say as we get on the elevator.

"Your welcome."I say as we step off the elevator and go outside and wait for the car. As we waited some dude was walking past and was staring at jana which is all mine so to let him know that. I kissed her deeply while looking at the guy I seen he flicked me off and walked away.

"What was that for?"She ask smiling as the car pull up.

"For being so beautiful."I say as I open the door. Before she got in she looked to her right which caused me to look and there stood nia checking me out I mean I did look good but jana was right there. I sense the jealously I seen nia smirking.

Jana did the unthinkable and grab my penis and smirked back at nia and mouth "mine." That shit turned me on but nia just stormed away.

"Bitch."She say as she gets in the car.

"Wow."I say as I get into the car.

"Who was that?"She ask as I drive.

"Ok."She say as she look out the window.

We arrived at my mom's house.

I don't know who that bitch was but she better stop looking at chris he is mine not hers.....wait what the hell.

"Oh Jana you look beautiful."Chris mothers say as she hugs me.

"Thank you."I say.

"Hey Jim."Chris say shaking some mans hand.

"Oh jana this is my husband Jim chris step father."She say.

"Hello."I say.

"Ahhh Chris you have a good one on your hands."He say.

"We are just friends."He say as I mentally roll my eyes.

"Oh please but jana can you help me prepare dinner while the gentle men prepare the grill."She ask.

"Oh we eating outside?"I ask.

"Yeah."She say as we walk to the kitchen.

"I'm glad you and Chris are together."She say

"Me and chris are just friends he said it him self."I say as she gather the meat.

"Oh child please I see love from a distance."She say seasoning the meat while looking at me.

"Oh no no me and Chris no."I say.

"Girl stop I know love when I see it."She say.

I tear up a lil because I know chris will never love me back.

"I mean look at him you have him smiling and making jokes more I haven't seen him that way since his father died......he loves you."She say as I look at chris and he looks at me and smile I give a weak smile back.

Chris pov

"You have that look in your eye."Jim say.

"What look?"I ask.

"You look at Jana like she is the last love of your life.....like you can't live with out her."Jim say.

"Me and Jana are just friends."I say.

"Whateves Chris."He say as he start the grill. I don't know what is happening but I don't love Jana why wont they understand that.

"Ugh."I say.

"She makes you have butterflies your changing son and there's nothing you can do about it. She made you smile or laugh more she brings out the joy. No matter how much you deny it you love her"He say as I shake my head.

"Anyway."I say as my mother and jana comes out on the patio with the meat and wine.

"What are you guys up to."My mother say pecking Jim's lips.

"Nothing."He say as she sit down.

"I brought wine."She say as she pours 4 cups and hand one to me,Jim and jana.

"Umm I can't drink."Jana say.

"What why?"My mother ask.

"I mean I don't drink."She say as she grabs a water.

"Oh."My mother say as she sits down while Jim put the meat on the grill.

Jana pov

The whole night I just been quiet I couldn't stop thinking about what chris mother said said I was indeed in love with chris and I knew he wasn't in love with me.

"So Jana where do you see your self in five years."Chris mother asked as every looked at me.

"Oh umm I see myself being married with two children and the best lawyer in the country."I say as Chris look down.

"Wow you want to be a lawyer what is your occupation now?"She ask.

"I'm an assistant at Chris's company konfuzed."I say.

"Oh."She and Jim say.

"When I get my money I'm off to law school."I say.

"You have a bright future ahead of you."Jim say.

"Can you guys excuse us."Chris say as Jim and his mother leave.

"Why you didn't tell me?"Chris ask.

"Tell you what?"I say.

"That you wanted to be a lawyer."He say.

"You never asked me why I wanted to be your assistant or why I needed the money."I say.

"Oh."he say.

After having dinner and small talk we were headed back to Chris house.
