calums eyes fluttered open, smiling when he saw his baby girl alex hold him, but then slightly frowned when he remembered why shes holding him.

alex's mother wants a divorce with calum. why? calum doesnt know. he often blames himself and the man across the street, ronnie, the guy who always fucks his wife. calum knows because he basically knows everything.

calum sighed and turned back to alex, she stirred in her sleep and thats when calum decided to get up and pack his bags. he walked up the stairs, grabbing his suitcase and stuffing his items in there. "daddy?" alex was in the door frame, rubbing her eyes sleepily. "what're you doing?" she yawned, causing her to close her eyes. "nothing baby, go back to sleep." calum frowned, letting a tear escape his eye. the tear slowly made its way down his brown eye lashes and down his cheek. she frowned, "i could do so much better, and thats what im gonna fucking do." she said, calum was shocked, with a hint of confused cause who wouldnt be? "wha-" alex walked up to calum and grabbed his cheeks, doing something she never thought she'd do.

she kissed him.

calums eyes squeezed shut as he grabbed alex waist, tugging her close to him. it was a passionate kiss, it was revolved around sadness, a way of saying good bye.

alex and calum think this is goodbye, its not.

alex pulls away, looking into calums eyes and standing on her tippy toes to kiss him on his forehead.
