Riley's POV
As I walked into the hallway, all eyes were on me. I blew kisses to a couple of boys, who blushed, but my eyes were on one boy and one boy only. Lucas.
My eyes flitted to my best friend-sorry, ex-best friend to see an expression of surprise, disappointment, sadness and maybe even fear on her face. I smirked to my self. Take that.
I looked back at him to find him staring at me. I blushed, ducked my head, then remembered why I was here. I put my head back up and strutted over to where my "friends" were. I quickly mentally went over my outfit. Black skirt?Check. Black mani? Check. Black crop top? Check. Black leather jacket? Check. Black back pack? Check. Winged eyeliner? Check. Black heeled boots? Check.
As I strutted towards them I "accidentally" tripped into Lucas's arms.He caught me of coarse. I felt my heart melt when his eyes met mine. Those wonderful, beautiful, soul filled eyes...
Farkle coughed. "May- I mean Riley-I mean-ya Riley, you look-May-just-um-wow..." He stuttered. I took a deep breath. Remember what you learned. I giggled. "Oh Farkle." I batted my lashes. Only then did everyone unfreeze and come rushing at me. "Riley-" "Wow" "Heyyyyy" "wanna go out to coff-" "Dude look" I giggled. Then the bell rang. I gulped... Now I would have to face my father...
As I was walking to class I saw Lucas staring at me. I winked at him and he blushed and looked at Maya again. I could tell this was killing her. Good. She deserves it for stealing him from me. As my last couple seconds of new Riley passed I slipped Lucas a note. It said "hey cute stuff. meet me after school, here. xoxo riles"There was nothing going to stop me now.
"Riley Elizabeth Mattews, you get over here this instant!"
