We Started off as Friends

Chapter 6

So the boys walk out and Daniel is jumping every where and junk.

"Ayeeeee, it's Neveahhhh!!!" Daniel said yelling.

"I kinda thought it was you since we're in Florida and the number had a New Jersey area code." Devin said walking up to me, and giving me a hug. "So, what you been up to?"

"Trying to figure out why my bestfriend stopped talking to me." I said with my arms crossed. Then Kevin walked over to me and crossed his arms too.

"Why ju do dat to her Dev." Kev said in his funny accent.

"It wasn't even like I did it purposely. You know we've been busy lately."

"Tru dat, tru dat." Kev said still using his funny accent.

"So, you're on his side now?" I said joking around with kev.

"Ummm... It's time for me to go. Dominican Papi is not here to stay." Kev said walking away.  Then we all started laughing.

"Heyy, come here." Daniel said.

"Who?" I asked.

"You."

"Oop, okay, well excuse me then." I said walking over to him. "What do you want?"

"For you to stop playing games."

"What're you talking about."

"Ughhh. Nvm." Daniel said and I walked away.

"Devin get yo friend."

"I think he like you." Kevin said.

"I barely even know the kid."

"Just give him a chance." Devin said.

"Ummm... No nigga." I snapped back.

"Dang you ain't even have to do him like that." Kevin said laughing.

"Devin can I talk to you." I asked.

"Yea ofc." He replied then I looked at Kevin like are you gonna go or? Then he walked away.

"So, I just got one question."

"Okay, ask." Devin said with a smile.

"Did you miss me at all like nigga it's been two years. I can't go a freaking day without thinking about you. Then you got your number changed. So, there was no way I could get in touch with you."

"Duhhh I missed you Neveah. You're my bestfriend. And I had to get my number changed because I gave it to the digaz."

"Okay, whatever. But how long are you gonna be in Florida?"

"We're staying tonight, then we're heading to Atlanta tomorrow."

"Well, I'm probably gonna go to another show but I don't know which one yet."

"Come to the one in New York."

"Where am I supposed to stay when I get to New York?"

"With me, duhhh."

"Now how am I supposed to get my mom to say yes?"

"We'll come up with something." Devin said putting his arm around me and walking back over to the boys.

"What're we doing tomorrow?" Daniel asked.

"We gotta get up early and head to Atlanta." Kevin said. Then mama Shana came out of nowhere and told the boys that they need to start setting up the tables for the merch. So, I told them I'll be back after the show and I left to go back and watch the performances.Round2Crew was performing and everyone was turnt and I knew half of their songs but didn't know that they sung them. Then about 10 minutes later the show ended and I walked out. And my phone was on 1% so I had to hurry up and take pictures with the boys, because I forgot to take them when I
went in there earlier. So I came out and the first person I seen was Devin but he was taking a picture with somebody so I waited until they finished.
"Devin can I get a picture with you?" I asked

"Ofc." Devin said smiling. So I took a picture with him then I found Daniel and he seemed a little pissy, but whatevs.

"Can I get a picture with you?" I asked walking up to Daniel.

"Yeah." He said and put his arm around me. Then Devin walked by and said, "Hey, yall could be twins." And then we all laughed. And me and Daniel was standing in the same pose  For like 30 seconds then I asked Britt if she got the picture and I took my phone and Daniel walked away. The picture ended up looking like a off guard. Daniel wasn't looking and I was laughing. Then I went looking for kev but he was behind the merch table. And he was talking to some people, and I didn't wanna interrupt so I just left. Me and Britt walked outside and we didn't see my mom. Then somebody blew at us, and it was my mom💀 So, me and Britt got in the car, and she goes to sleep and I tell my mom everything that happened. Then I realized that I didn't get Devin's number and I was gonna text him. So, I decided to just text the tour phone.

Then me and my mom was just jamming out in the car, because we have a 2 hour drive back home😒 Then about 45 minutes later they texted back.

Then about an hour later we finally make it home, and I'm still turnt from the show so I'm up watching the boys performance since I recorded it on my phone. Then I put some on Ig, and Devin liked almost all of them. Then my mom decided to kill the vibe and tell me to go take a shower and get in the bed. So, I did😑
