eggshells,
rice paper,
nor silk.

ceramic,
porcelain,
nor glass.

skin,
bones,
and blood.

i am 99%
oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus,

and 1%
faith, hope, and love
