Chapter four

I walked out of the house ready for training.
I walked up to the group, Phoenix walked up to me
"Hi," she smiled
"Hi," I nodded,
After the speech we got to work. we went to the tackle section.
I saw Lyric and Grace
I shook my head, then turned to Phoenix
"Ready? Try to tackle me," I smiled Phoenix ran up, I stepped to the side missing her
"Hmmm," I heard her grunt falling to the ground
Phoenix jumped up and went to jump on me.
I ducked making Phoenix leapt over me, Phoenix grabbed my shoulder and threw me to the ground pinning me. "Great job Phoenix!," I smiled pushing her off
"Go easy on me please Eclipse," Phoenix replied
"I don't think I have to," I smiled
I lunged at her Phoenix easily dodged. I pranced around then I swung at her feet. Phoenix jumped away, I smiled impressed. I went to pounce on her, I heard howls of battle.
I flung around growling
"I'll be back Phoenix," I phased
I heard paws next to me
'Me two,' Phoenix growled
We sprinted to the battle.
I growled. I saw two wolves on top of Grey.
I sprung at them tearing one off throwing him to the ground. He looked at me and growled tackling me. I bit his leg he jumped back.
I slipped out and I grabbed the other wolf on Grey
'You mess with one of my wolves you get the Alpha,' Kiara growled
I saw Grey was bleeding from his neck
I stepped over him slashing at a wolf as she tried to get near. After they fled my eyes ablaze with battle I turned And saw Phoenix she strode up to me.
I stepped away from Grey
'Everyone is okay Alpha,'
'Thank you,' I replied
'What happened?,' I heard dad ask running up with his Beta and Third 'Rogues attacked a border patrol,' I replied
I went to help Grey up but Phoenix was already there
'Are you okay Grey? Phil?,' I asked
'Yes Eclipse,' I heard both voices reply 'One just got my neck, but not deadly,' I saw Phil's eyes flicker over me
'Are you okay?,' he asked
'I'm fine Phil, we need to get you to Dr. Maddie,' I replied.
Dad held up his other side and we all walked to the pack house.
Grey sat sadly
"What's wrong Grey?." I asked sitting next to him about to pet his neck fur down
'Nothing,' he flinched
"Grey? Are you sure your okay?." I asked bringing my hand down
'Yes, but I'm the head warrior wolf I shouldn't of gotten beat, I should of saved you,' he whispered
"Every warrior has his bad day, don't worry Grey that damn rogue got you in your weakest point no wolf could stop that," I soothed
'Your right,' Grey smiled
"Good," I smiled
Dr. Maddie came with her apprentice Joanne, she was 16 just phased not to long ago.
I stood up away from them, I turned to see Lucian staring at something
"Hey Phoenix!," I called out
"Yes?," she smiled coming closer
"You killed it out there!," I praised "Thank you! I'm not a bad fight," Phoenix smirked
"No! An awesome fight!," I laughed "Phoenix?," I heard Lucian ask
"Yes Lucian this is Phoenix, don't be too shy Phoenix, say hi," I walked up to her touching her shoulder
"Hi," she whispered
Lucian extended a hand to shake, Phoenix took it but gasped and yanked her hand away
"What's wrong?," I asked.
Phoenix didn't answer
"Lucian," I replied
"Y-yes?," he replied
I shook my head
"Phoenix?," I whispered
"I'm okay Eclipse," she broke into a huge smile and ran into Lucian's arms "Good lord," I smiled seeing The longing in Lucian's eyes
"I don't even really know who you are," Phoenix replied stepping away shyly "Let's go talk then we should become friends before anything else happens," Lucian said gently
"Okay," Phoenix agreed "see you tomorrow for training!," Phoenix called.
I shook my head I felt a body close to me, I turned and faced a smiling Grey "Your better," I smiled
"Yeah, thanks to you," Grey smiled
I went to hug him but he stepped away "What's wrong Grey?," I asked now getting a bit irked
"I don't want to mess things up," Grey replied
"How would you do that?," I asked putting my hands on my hips
"By, er." He stuttered
"We are friends right?," I asked
"Of course Eclipse!," Grey replied in a rush
"You've been acting strange ever since the attack," I muttered
"I know, but Eclipse please don't over think this," Grey grabbed me
I felt sparks fly he pushed his lips against mine. We stayed like that for a few heartbeats, he then pulled away his beautiful green eyes met mine
"That's why I didn't want to mess things up," Grey whispered.
I didn't hesitate I kissed him back
"How long did you know?," I asked "Since the attack, I saw you fight, risk yourself for me." Grey replied.
I flicked my head around, I grabbed his wrist and went to my room
I shut the door
"What?," Grey asked
"I didn't want anyone to see us like that," I mumbled
"Like what?." Grey asked confused "Kissing and stuff," I replied
"Lucian and Lyric just found their mates I thought I'd wait to tell my dad, if you understand Grey, I'm my dad's princess," I explained my voice getting small.
I sat next to him on the bed, he hugged me swinging me to face him.
Grey kissed my neck
"Grey stop," I replied putting my best acting skills to use.
"C'mon my Alpha," his voice was deep and tempting
"If your mine I want to show it," he whispered against my ear
"But-," I tried to argue but my acting was slipping I wanted him just as much as he did, he kissed my neck again, hitting the spot where my mark would be
"Can I?," he asked,
I moaned in response I felt him smile "I'm only 17 Grey don't you have to ask my parents?," I asked
"No precious, I'm 19 I don't have to ask, to mark what's mine," I felt Grey's lips move against my neck his canines grazed my skin. I kept my grip lose until he bit.
I grasped Grey's hips roughly, he pulled out licking the blood away. Grey sat back smirking
"Not so tough now are you?," he asked crossing his arms over his chest
I went to say something
"Your mark, it's gone!," Grey gasped
I felt my neck, I felt it
"It's there," I replied grabbing Grey's hand touching his hand to my mark
"I can feel it, but not see it," Grey replied amazed
"Kiara must know I'm not quite ready to show you as mine so she hid it, mom hid hers until dad was ready to tell the pack," I replied
I heard a knock on the door
"Eclipse! Your late for Alpha training!," Delilah yelled
I sprang up yanked the door open and sprinted down the hall phasing in midair outside and bolted to the training clearing
"Five minutes late Eclipse," dad replied sitting down
"Sorry lost track of time," I replied sitting tall and straight in front of him "It's okay, We have a few wolves joining training today," dad replied
"Who?.' I asked
"Alpha Sol, Alpha Lucian and warrior wolf leader Grey," dad replied
I almost gasped with surprise
'Can't get away from him today can I?,' I laughed to Kiara.
