Chapter sixteen

I walked with Swish back to his guards "Stay with them you understand?," I growled
"Yes Eclipse," Swish nodded
I turned and walked back toward my pack house with Bourne and Brook.
When I entered my pack clearing, I felt eyes on me as Brook and Bourne pressed against my legs.
I entered the pack house and went straight to my room, I was thinking of what just happened then I remembered "I punched Grey!," I whimpered, I leapt up, about to go find him, then Grey entered
"There you are-," Grey started
I cut him off by kissing him
"I'm sorry," I murmured
"Sorry about what?," Grey asked sitting down and pulling me onto his lap
"For punching you earlier," I whimpered
"Oh sweetheart, it's okay Phil was more sad or hurt then I was," Grey smiled "Can I say sorry to Phil?," I asked. Grey's green eyes switched to Phil's vibrant blue.
'I love Phil's eyes' I murmured to Kiara
"Sorry for punching you earlier, I was only thinking of killing that," I stopped took a breath "are you okay love?," I asked
"Yes but my jaw still hurts," Phil smiled "Good I didn't break your jaw then," I smiled
"No, you didn't, but you have a strong hit I was really surprised," Phil replied I just remembered Grey or Phil didn't know about my gifts that I got from my mother.
"Grey wants back out now," Phil growled with annoyance
"It was good talking to you Phil," I smiled
"Always a pleasure Eclipse, I'll talk to you next time Grey lets me play, you could always ask Grey, I'd love that," Phil winked
"Okay," I blushed
Grey's green eyes shone through
"Miss me?," Grey asked
I smiled
"But Phil is right, I was shocked at your strength, I was almost flung backwards," Grey replied stroking my back
I heard giggling
I sensed Brook and Bourne trying not to laugh
I smiled
"What's so funny?," Grey asked in a whisper
"Nothing," I rep,ied back kissing Grey In my mind link I heard the two cats laughing quite hard
I wrapped my arms around Grey's neck I put my forehead against Grey's, I sighed as I looked outside, the sun hasn't gone down and I needed to do things.
I pulled away
"I can't yet, I have something I need to find out," I slipped off of Grey's lap
Grey pouted
I patted his shoulder
"What do you need to find out?," Grey asked
"Things about Phoenix," I stood up "and you guys are distracting," I turned around the cats stopped dead, from laughing then started again.
I walked to my dad's office, I knocked. "Come in," my dad replied
I entered
"Oh, hey Princess, what can I do for you today?," Dad asked.
"Do you know anything about Phoenix?," I asked jumping onto his desk to sit
"God you look like your mother," Dad smiled "a little bit, she was rescued by Lilly and brought back, Sabrina is what we call a loner, she doesn't have a mate, and she always wanted a pup so Lilly gave Phoenix to her. And that's all I know love, you need to ask auntie Lilly for the rest," dad reached up and squeezed my hand "love you Eclipse," dad murmured
"Love you too dad," I stood up and walked out "thank you!," I called in the hallway.
'I need to go to SunFang pack house,' I replied to Kiara
'Yes, let's go,' Kiara agreed
I went outside and phased.
I sprinted to Alpha Sol's pack house
I phased to human and walked in
"Oh Eclipse, hello," Jaxson smiled "Hello Jaxson have you seen Luna Lilly?," I asked
"Yes, upstairs," he replied
"Thank you," I walked upstairs
I knocked on the Luna and Alpha bedroom door
"Hello?." Aunt Lilly called
"Hello," I called back the door opened "Eclipse! Nice to see you, come in,"
I entered their room and sat on their bed
"What would you like to know?," she asked
"About Phoenix," I asked
"Ah, I see, has Raka said something?," she asked
I sat bolt upright "how-how did you-why, you think that?," I asked
Aunt Lilly laughed "why else would you ask about someone who everyone knows or think they know was born in NightHowl?," she asked
"I guess," I replied
"I rescued Phoenix, from a rogue pack, she as I was, was growing up as a mate in waiting. She was only two months old then, she was going to be used as a pack slave most likely until her grown mate took her," aunt Lilly stopped
"So she was going to have no choice on who she wanted as a mate?," I asked "No, she got whomever her dad wanted her to have," Lilly replied
"Oh," I trailed off.
"Anyways, I was patrolling near a border and I heard a baby cry. Instinctively I ran to see what was wrong, I saw Phoenix she was with her 'babysitter', if you could call such a monster a thing lIke that, he was fondling her I think. I snarled the wolf holding her jumped up. I was hiding as I watched the disgusting display. I stepped out and he dropped her in shock. I lunged forwards grabbed her gently and I jumped back
'Alpha and Luna won't like that,' the wolf growled, I sprinted away, but I knew who her parents were, Phoenix has the same red fur but her real mothers. Her real mothers hair is dyed though in human,"
It all clicked together I gasped "Phoenix is-is Swish's sister? Her birth parents are Raka and Lexus?," I stammered
"Yes, and I think Phoenix kinda remembers, I was talking to Lucian about the rogues, said Raka's name and Phoenix froze with fear, poor little wolf." Lilly replied
"Why wouldn't Raka want Phoenix?," I asked
"He thinks women aren't good for anything except sex, so when he had a daughter he wanted to get rid of her as quickly as possible and replace her with a son, now tell me something,"
"Of-of course," I smiled
"Has Delilah taken an interest in Swish? Or should I say Bade? And that doesn't shock you," Lilly replied
"I caught Swish talking to his dad I pounced on him, well tried, Delilah stopped me, she was screaming at me until I told her what just happened then she turned on Swish yelling at him calling him a liar telling him how she trusted him and when he marked her it was the best day of her life then she learnt that he was a bad wolf and told Grey to put him in the cells, the. she ran off crying and Swish just collapsed with pain, I sensed his truth and I told Grey not to cell him I'm sorry but I want Delilah to see the truth, I've never seen a wolf so weak with pain," I explained on a rush
I saw anger and understanding in aunt Lilly's eyes "I need to talk to Delilah but I won't say your name, you need to get them back together, losing your mate is the worst feeling in the whole world even though I hate Swish I don't wish that pain on him and I swore I scented a difference on Delilah a few days ago," she looked at me "marked?," aunt Lilly asked making sure
I nodded
She stood up "I need to go now thank you Aunt Lilly," I ran out and back to Gray
'We need to get Swish and Delilah back together,' I told Kiara
'yes your right,' Kiara agreed
'But how?,' I asked.
